DO NOT SHOP HERE! I'm currently sitting in my car writing this after trying to return an unopened/unlocked phone 4 days past the return policy, due to having Covid!
I had spoken to someone, I guess the store phone number is actually just a call center, not the actual store! The manager Thomas was very short with me and told me to call the customer service number back and they could email a return slip. So I called from my car in the parking lot, after being passed to multiple people, I was told I would have to go to the store, since they aren't in the country, how could they help. WHAT?
So, I asked the guy from the call center in another country to tell that to the manager Thomas. I went back in the store, if looks could kill I would be dead! He literally yelled at me "If they want to go past the stores return policy, it's up to them!"
I had Covid and could not get out of bed! I work retail, there are always exceptions!!! If anyone in the store I work at treated a customer the way I was treated, they would be terminated!

Les was very knowledgeable and helpful with my iphone upgrade. Had a much better experience than the multiple Apple stores I’ve been to. Will definitely be back to this Best Buy location for any future mobile needs.
