If you ever need help, this is the Best Buy store to go to! Huge shoutout to Lavira (General Manager) and the Best Buy South Elgin crew! These guys truly set a high bar for what real customer service means!
I had a unique situation with my purchase, and Lavira went above and beyond to help me out. She’s a true hands-on manager, I watched her make sure every customer walking in gets the perfect experience, and that same care continues until they walk out completely satisfied.
Also, special thanks to Evan for stepping in and assisting me as well! Your professionalism and kindness made a huge difference.

Went to buy a monitor for my son. Stood and walked around the monitors and computers for 30 minutes trying to find someone to help. No one stopped or even acknowledged I was there. My husband finally came. He enters the store and comes over to where I am. Within 5 minutes we had not one but two people. I express my frustration to both men, one says oh sorry we are here now. Clearly females are not treated the same. Absolutely ridiculous.
