This store has honestly gone under for the last couple of years.
Every time I walk in, there is virtually no help, and the employees lack the knowledge that you SHOULD receive from Best Buy. Not helpful at all, have been told to google things multiple times.
There are no specialized employees anywhere, and every employee is expected to handle multiple things at once which is kind of unhelpful.
Not only that, but the cashiers are not trained properly, and are not given enough support, I witnessed this first hand when one of the female cashiers helped me and was struggling and the manager could honestly care less, felt bad for her for sure.
Honestly not sure how the South Elgin Best Buy is still in business.
