Just purchased two switches on June 14th it’s been shutting off and not wanting to turn on multiple times. I hadn’t had the time to go take it to them. I went on 8/21/25 to see if they can do anything to help me since I just purchased. The manager said I can switch it out so I said that’s fine what he didn’t specify or clarify was that he was gonna use my protection plan to exchange it and I had to pay again for the protection plan. Which I would have no problem paying if it was more than just a couple months ago that I made a $700 purchase. I have purchased thousands of dollars from Best Buy it’s a shame they can’t do anything to help a loyal customer out. Or as he said “his hands are tied” very disappointing they can’t do anything to go above and beyond for a customer.
Muchas opciones de compra, pero se abusan de los no disponibles y los ofrecen en la venta online. Te dejan comprar pero después cancelan la compra. Hay una buena variedad en la tienda física. Siempre vale la pena darse una vuelta. La posibilidad de comprar open box es una gran oportunidad. Bajo una estrella por la cantidad de cosas que muestra el buscador y no están disponibles o fuera de stock , incluso he comprado y me cancelan después porque no hay.
I’m not somebody who writes reviews often, but I need to give credit where it is due. Kevin M. offered excellent customer service. He was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me call the bank to apply for the Best Buy credit card and answered any questions I had, and gave very helpful information on helping me decide on my purchases. I would highly recommend talking to him if he is working. He 100000% deserves a raise or promotion.
I think for apple products we can go to apple store instead here. Though geek squad is best for other manufacturers.
