Juan in the Geek Squad section was great. I bought a laptop three days ago that wasn’t working properly right out of the box, and he was incredibly helpful through the whole thing. He carefully walked me through the exchange process and made everything easy and stress-free. I walked out with an identical laptop, except this one works exactly like it should. Huge thanks to Juan, highly recommend asking for him if you need help 💯
Be careful employees here do choose to mis treat customers . And violate them by judging them . They will also decide what and how much they can sell you and it will be different for next person . Just fyi

Nothing but problems. Almost every visit by Geeksquad or 3rd party was met with missing tv's or accessories. My original order was for 7 TV installs. 4 of them were with new TV mounts and 2 speaker bars. I had 4 different scheduled tech visits and several of them had to be rescheduled because of missing TV, mount or speaker bars. I received calls from customer care support almost daily for 2 weeks.It was pretty much a second job.I even had to take time off work.I then went into the local store here in elgin, to ask for additional credits and to return a few of the inwall kits that I didn't need.I was unable to return the kits and never received a phone call or any credits. Worst experience I have ever had with best buy in my life
