Jsv helped a lot. I just got a DJI camera, and I didn’t know if it would fit with the accessories. I was looking for one. that would actually work with my DJI camera, but I didn’t wanna spend $60 buy it and then find out but Jsv was so cool that he let me try it out and he told me if it didn’t work they could have it back he he was such an amazing person . Thanks a lot.
It's not about the money it's about the responsibility of selling a giant TV, installing and providing warranty at high cost. I tried to get help from geek squad they basically laughed in my face at the store, manager told me to call the number they scribbled down on paper but nobody ever picked up. Very disappointed even after asking for a manager she basically shived me out the door. Hey we already have your money call this number that no one answers 😠

Two stars because they had the product I was looking for. But they said if you find a cheaper price come back and will pay the difference. Lo and behold prime day occurred and the price was $70 cheaper on Amazon. But of course they don’t honor the price match for prime day. That’s extremely lame. I wasted an entire trip coming here for them to tell me that they don’t honor the very discount that they promoted to me when I purchased my product. Lame.
