Carlo and Juan were amazing and really helpful with my issue. I purchased camera a year ago and of course I purchased warranty, the camera stopped working and i cane back, they checked everything and confirmed my issue. They exchanged for the new one with no issues and precise explanation. Thank you guys, wish you be always like today with me!
After driving 540+ miles today I drove another 80 miles out of my way (there and back) to pick up a charger for my watch. I could see online that they had one in stock and I could pick it up. We got to the store and guess what?! They had ZERO! Not one. Their inventory is way off. Best Buy has always been unreliable where I live. More than 500 miles from home and guess what?! Best Buy was unreliable again! So typical of this store.
