Decepcionada con la entrega a domicilio, primero se equivocaron de número de telefono y suspendieron la entrega para dentro de 8 días, llego el día y dijeron que no podían entregarla porque el concreto estaba fresco cuando fuera de mi casa no hay nada de eso, se les explicó una y otra vez y aun así no quisieron venir a entregar cuando todos los de entrega vienen sin problema. No conformes con todo eso ahora debo esperar 8 hrs para poderla recoger en tienda 😒
Would not accept back a new broken tv, but did offer 50% discount on replacement tv, how kind, NEVER EVER SHOP HERE !!!!!

Carlo and Juan were amazing and really helpful with my issue. I purchased camera a year ago and of course I purchased warranty, the camera stopped working and i cane back, they checked everything and confirmed my issue. They exchanged for the new one with no issues and precise explanation. Thank you guys, wish you be always like today with me!
