Love the experience. Staff was awesome and food is spectacular!!!!
Bought Open Box TV from them and they said it has some scratches only when I get home no remote no cable no legs . The staff need training they are don’t have any experience to deal with customer . First and last time to buy from them

Booked an in home installation of a TV and wall mount 3 weeks ago. Called twice to make sure it was all set beforehand, and even received a text last night confirming my apt. They gave me a 10 am-3 pm window that they’d come today so I had to use vacation, take off work all day and clear my schedule. No one shows up. When I call to ask what’s going on, they tell me their system must have glitched and never assigned me to a driver. So they half apologize and nonchalantly just try to reschedule the appointment over a week later, in which I’ll have to use more time off work…So I spend over $1000 in their store, wait a whole month for our TV which they’re holding in-store to bring with them, I waste my entire day waiting at home, they screw it up on their end and they think an acceptable action is to just shrug it off and move me to the back of the line? Embarrassing levels of customer service
