Plenty to share when u are in store shopping. After u purchase and have a question try and talk to a professional on the phone . Spent $1800.00 on TV and sound bar, had a question on getting sound bar to link with tv. Their answer make a service appointment and pay an additional $99 dollars. My answer I am returning your sound bar on My LAST TRIP TO YOUR STORE . Manufacturers help line is a virtual AI assistant( worthless). Pay out the ass ,and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This best buy has really gone downhill over the past several years I would say. When you go inside, things are so spready out and it feels pretty empty.
Most recently, I went in to pick up a Riffmaster controller because I know that I had seen them in this store previously. They no longer carried them.
The selection of items is really minimal in terms of gaming items. I don't think they carry movies at all anymore, which is a shame. I really miss when Best Buy had Criterion collection films.
Seems like they have mostly shifted towards phones and the types of things more suited to people who aren't as tech focused, which is fine. But there aren't really many tech store options here, so it would be nice if they carried more.
Additionally, this may be a positive or negative (depending on the person), but the staff here will never approach you. If you prefer to be left alone, thats actually kinda nice, but if you are looking for help, you will need to seek them out. No one here will take the initiative to ask if you could use a hand (at least not in the 4 or so years ive lived here).
