Was here to buy a PC, only one individual went out of his way to help me, a younger blonde guy, got me a pc that was the last one on the shelf, it was a display model actually. Clearly had another guy training him and trying to get him to upsell me. Not a shock, but what was a shock was how the other employees treated him when he went to go box up my pc. They kicked him out of the geek squad corner, told him he was wrong for coming back there and joked around for 30 minutes. Seemingly, the guy who was in charge, telling everyone what to do, had no idea what to do himself. I waited 30 minutes for that pc to be boxed after the young blonde guy got kicked out. Horrible service and a horrible way to treat your employees, but I guess it’s not a shock when you’re 45 working at Best Buy.
