My phone had been infected. The infection was destroyed by a very competent employee.
Not a bad place. Hoping they increase their inventory as I had to go to a different Best Buy in another city to get what I needed. Over all the staff was quite helpful and wonderful to speak with.
Former Total Tech member. Issue is with their Geek Squad.

So, I ordered $10,000. in appliances in May....I'm STILL waiting for the oven to be installed...3 months later. And now the tv I ordered is installation delayed. HORRIBLE customer service. All they can say is "sorry ", but you still have to pay. I HAD been a customer for over 10 years. This is the WORST service ever!!!!
