I’m giving a 4-star review, but with an explanation. 4 stars because it took 2 hours to get paperwork filled out to send a water filled iPhone in for a replacement on the AppleCare plan for $100. Moreover this review is to help people understand the process. Best Buy basically fills out a form and sends your phone to apple to get major things like this repaired or replaced. Worth knowing because if you need the phone right away you should drive to an apple bar in saint louis. If you have a little over a week to wait, this process saves you the drive to saint louis. The two hours filling out paperwork was still less than the 3+ hour drive to saint louis and back. They could really streamline the process.

Great place! Young man in electronics was very helpful! Cashier up front definitely needs some customer service skills. Grunting to my "thank you" was a little unnerving. People at the registers should be your MOST welcoming employees. Questions like, "Did you find everything you needed?" And most of all, ALWAYS thank you!

Our Apple TV box died, so we went to Best Buy to purchase a new one -- an Apple TV4K. There seemed to be some discrepancy with the model and the listed price, but the supervisor, Kaden Duvall, quickly resolved the matter. We're happy. Thanks. Great customer service!
