if you are someone who loves their peace, please dont order ANY appliances via best buy. i have not known peace for at least a week now. my washer and dryer ive been so excited about the past 2 weeks arrived, and the dryer is dented on the side, which i thought - whatever - i'll take a gift card for the inconvenience. well, turns out it's actually inoperable due to the damage. the belt rubs on the damaged side, which causes a burning rubber smell. i bought these items brand new, not open box. the delivery people asked if i wanted them to unbox it and deal with the trash - sure. so either i was ripped off and sold open box units, or the units were damaged during delivery. i didnt watch them do their job cause i dont like to be watched while i work either. thank goodness i inspected before they left my driveway. customer service has been unhelpful, this whole experience has been awful. its been 3 weeks since i ordered, a whole week since they dropped off the units, and my laundry continues to stack up. this was the cheapest package at $850, and somehow the set is now listed for even cheaper than black friday, when i placed the order??? safe to say i'll be watching them unbox and deliver the replacement theyve finally agreed to send me - after cancelling the "make good" gift card that was offered, making me wait 48 hours after said cancellation to set up the exchange - to which i would argue that this whole process is even more of an inconvenience and i should be compensated in some way for the time ive lost waiting on hold, arguing with customer service, waiting for supervisor call backs that never happen, the day that i took off work anticipating the delivery. but Best Buy does not see it this way... the employee i spoke with even stated that they come from the factory damaged! terrible customer service, and im not sure if the item was damaged from factory, but surely the delivery person noticed the huge dent in the appliance - if they werent the cause of the damage - and continued with delivery?? what a silly situation. SAVE YOURSELF - SHOP LOCAL!!!!!!

Had what I wanted and priced right.
I buy almost all of my electronics from here and have the total tech program just for the protection plan which works out. However when I went in to replace my watch which I have done before and takes less than 5 minutes there was one Geek Squad agent helping someone with a computer off at a desk and no one else helping the 3 of us waiting in line making it very frustrating. After a few minutes another guy wearing Geek Squad attire walked by and I asked if there was anyone else and he said no just the guy helping the guy with an appointment and we have to wait. He proceeded to then go help checkout people at the front which already had 3 other cashiers.
How does BestBuy expect people to keep coming in when the experience is so poor?
