Harlan with the qeek squad was amazing !! Beyond amazing . My sons iphone was ran over doing a good deed and I bought him a new one , we had extreme difficulty recovering his old Apple ID and even more difficulty creating a new one . Harlan Got my son a new Apple ID within 20 minutes , we are beyond thankful he’s made our day for sure . Thank you Harlan . I recommend 10/10!!
A family member was being scammed in the "send me money and I will send you 2.5 million dollars". While there were cards bought in other places he came to Springfield Best Buy for Razor cards. An employee there sold him $1400 in $50 cards. Apparently store policy only allows 3 cards to be purchased in 1 transaction so the cashier completed 1 transaction and then another until he had $1400 in cards. This should have been a huge red flag to this cashier!! A manager should have been paged. And this should never have been allowed to happen.

Sold me a "brand new 75" Samsung?" TV that had a flaw in the screen and refused to do anything to correct it. I think they sold me a display model that was bad and they wanted to get rid of it. If you shop there be careful and check everything before leaving the store or be prepared for a long fight that you will not win! This is one of the worst places in Springfield to shop at "be carful if you shop here" you have been warned!

Cashier offered me a chair when my legs nearly buckled and dropped me due to a medical condition. The store had just opened and empty of all but less than 5 shoppers.
I told the clerk that if I sat inside I would not be able to get up for a couple of hours. While I was thankful he asked about getting me to the chair, I wish he had asked if I needed help to my car. Those little things go a long way with me.
