I’m extremely disappointed with my recent dishwasher installation from Best Buy. Since the install, I’ve experienced multiple serious plumbing issues that did not exist beforehand, including leaking pipes under the sink, loss of hot water throughout my home, and a toilet that now constantly runs.
These problems began immediately after the installation, which strongly suggests something was done incorrectly or carelessly during the process. This has caused significant inconvenience and concern, especially with potential water damage and the need for additional repairs.
I expected professional, reliable service, but instead I’m now dealing with costly and time-consuming issues that I shouldn’t have to fix.

it is impossible to speak to a person at the store, the phone # takes you to some AI trash then a rando in a call center

Harlan with the qeek squad was amazing !! Beyond amazing . My sons iphone was ran over doing a good deed and I bought him a new one , we had extreme difficulty recovering his old Apple ID and even more difficulty creating a new one . Harlan Got my son a new Apple ID within 20 minutes , we are beyond thankful he’s made our day for sure . Thank you Harlan . I recommend 10/10!!
A family member was being scammed in the "send me money and I will send you 2.5 million dollars". While there were cards bought in other places he came to Springfield Best Buy for Razor cards. An employee there sold him $1400 in $50 cards. Apparently store policy only allows 3 cards to be purchased in 1 transaction so the cashier completed 1 transaction and then another until he had $1400 in cards. This should have been a huge red flag to this cashier!! A manager should have been paged. And this should never have been allowed to happen.
