So, I ordered $10,000. in appliances in May....I'm STILL waiting for the oven to be installed...3 months later. And now the tv I ordered is installation delayed. HORRIBLE customer service. All they can say is "sorry ", but you still have to pay. I HAD been a customer for over 10 years. This is the WORST service ever!!!!

I called Best Buy and they put me on hold for over a half hour and transferred me to 3 different departments, no one could assist me with the correct router to purchase for fiber optics. Very disappointed in their services.

Bought an I Pad last year. I found a $179.99 charge on my Discover Card this month from Best Buy. When I checked I discovered they added on $179.99 last year when I bought my I Pad. I didn’t check it close enough. Then they just charge $179.99 yearly for this Total Package I didn’t sign up for. They said I could not take care of this at the store. Called the first number they gave me and got an advertisement to buy something and goodby. Gave me a second number. He said he was stopping the yearly charge and corporate knows about my wanting the first $179.99 back. All I can say is watch your receipts closely!!

Unfortunately here it is after years of shopping here never had a issue. but they did it here's my bad review. sometime in 2019 i bought the best buy membership to keep my brothers PC covered. on geek squad repairs. I paid it up until last year. I cancelled the membership. just to find out every warranty I had. is now invalid after you cancel your membership. Even though I paid for the membership for years. everything from the TV to my PC parts ECT thousands worth of stuff all have no warranty now. as I was told by the manager they can't be reinstated if you re-enrolled. so unless you pay $200 a year untill you die you'll lose your warrantys. so here's my final review for Best Buy.. This isn't the employees fault they've always been very helpful! this is "corporates" fault for bad policies.
