#bestbuy is a total nightmare.
I bought a brand new washer and dryer a month ago. On the agreed upon delivery date, they delivered it, and the gas dryer was defective. They of course agreed to swap it out for a new one, but the delivery was another two plus weeks. It was going to force me to change my Thanksgiving plans. Still, Inagreed - I need to do laundry.
I came home early from family Thanksgiving. Im ready to go. It snowed today. Best Buy cancelled the delivery. They rescheduled it another two weeks out. I’ll be without laundry for 7 weeks through NO fault of my own.
Best Buy won’t do anything about this. They say it’s the best they can do. This is completely inexcusable. I can’t be left on the line like this.
I’m calling Lowe’s to help. Shop there instead.
