John is a terrible manager. He was completely useless and didn’t help us at all. He made zero effort to meet us halfway. I’m extremely unhappy with his work — I’m furious! He ruined my mood. I would never, ever recommend this store to anyone. He’s a very rude and disrespectful person. Absolutely awful experience.

Instead of helping to resolve my issue, the manager was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They showed no interest in customer service and clearly lacked basic communication skills. I expected better treatment and will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

I called what I thought was an instore Geek Squad Rep who would answer my questions about pricing. Needless to say, they have a call center to field your questions. 3x I asked what is the price to look at my computer? 3x I was placed on hold and finally received an answer of $100 I then asked her, is it $100 just to bring my computer in before they quote me an hourly price? She could not answer that question. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she would not honor my request. So, after asking 3 x's all that I could do was to end the phone call.
So, if you are going to use Geek Squad, I highly recommend, going to Best Buy get a quote and possibly schedule an appointment.
