Been standing here for 15 min to buy a laptop. No one will help, no one comes over, and when I ask for help it's just impossible. I want to give them money but now I see why they are all going out of business.

Went there earlier this week to buy the iPad Pro. Went to the Apple display area and was unable to find any employee helping me and hence went to the girl who was standing at the entrance and requested her to call someone to help me with the iPad purchase. Waited there for 15 minutes and nobody showed up and hence went back to her and informed that there’s no one here to help me and Im leaving the store, her response was “Okay”… absolutely no respect, for customers time and no interest in this employee to retain a customer. Very poor customer service. Ended up going to Costco and bought an iPad with a better price. Will never come back to this branch, horrible customer service.
