Last week I went to buy a new phone. Around 7:00 at night I went in and after waiting around for a while I asked an employee for some help. They claimed they were "on a phone call". I waited around for about ten minutes and decided to leave. Gurnee is close, so I drive up that way. What happens up there? Nobody but the security following me and gossiping with other employees. I'm autistic, not a thief. Super uncomfortable, so I leave that store. When I call the Vernon Hills store, it's a call center, in southeast asia. Hmm, that employee straight up lied about the call.... I write review number one, they ask me to contact them on social media. They contact me Friday while I'm at work. Here it is end of the day Tuesday, no word at all from their representative "Brandon" on Facebook. Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous.

Tim was incredibly helpful this past Sunday. My partner and I ended up getting a TV, sound bar, coffee maker and two switch games. We didn't even end up going to Costco as we had planned since it was so easy to take care of everything at BB.

Long time Best Buy fan and supporter here. Why? Firstly because it's crucial we don't lose all our beloved brick and mortars to Amzn. Secondly, Best Buy has always been a longtime staple for great selections on A/V needs, computing, gaming, and once upon a time, movies. Heck I've gotten more than half my kitchen appliances from Best Buy/Pacific Sales.
This particular trip was to grab a new low budget laptop for my old man. Best Buy often has outstanding deals and pricing, and this was one of those occasions. I always prefer buying things like this locally in case issues come up or returns or exchanges are needed, and also because as a Best Buy Total member I like having the extended coverage.
Staff here have always been helpful. It's a decently organized, clean store, and sometimes I prefer pickups even when shipping is available, so I'm glad this location can often accommodate that. The pickup process is fast and easy. Hard to beat this level of quality and service these days! Keep up the good work!
