Best Buy in Wesley Chapel, Florida is a reasonably helpful store. I would give them high ratings on their computer knowledge. However, they are very understaffed. You do need to wait for an appointment. And even when you have an appointment, you have to wait. So bring a good book or make sure your phone is charged up because you will wait.
Super pushy sales people and prices are cheaper online and other stores.
Friendly staff but wouldn’t comp an item that was listed in store as 379.99 and online for 309.99. They lost a sale because of that and a home remodel. Staff was nice enough but even they couldn’t explain the discrepancy in price. Wasted 30 minutes there just to go to Walmart instead. Wouldn’t recommend shopping there due to the lack of willingness to make a sale for one, make the customers life easier for 2, and amend the discrepancy on their own site for 3.
