Horrible customer service especially who works at the it service , just to translate into different language in my computer asked me 40$ . I also felt racism from the worker !

I was looking for an external portable hard drive and nobody came to me to offer some help, Most of the crew was on their phones or having pwrsonal meetings. So, I went out of the building and just the lady at the front door said to me: "thanks for your visit". Hahaha! Was so funny!! I went out to Walmart and got the hard disk!!

Went there this past Saturday to make a small purchase, I stood at the register for close to 10 minutes while the only 1 cashier was taking care of another customer and while other employees just walked around, the cashier should have called for some help but of course he didn't, i'm definitely never going back and God bless amazon, then you wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing down left and right.

Walked was greeted very well. I was looking for a specific Wii AV Multi Out Cord unfortunately they didn’t have it but the Employee Alfonso was so helpful let me know if a store nearby that might have what I’m looking for
