The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or technical support. Prices are fair, and they often have great deals and promotions. The store layout is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. Shopping here is always a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for quality products and excellent customer service!
Purchased a “like new open box” Samsung TV for $800. Showed up with a cracked corner and black screen. Store made me drive it back and refused to replace it. This is customer service at Best Buy today. Ordered on Amazon instead.

I went here bc I've always had good luck at Best Buy, and being a former employee back in its hay days, I thought I'd come back and become a regular consumer.
I had a very large purchase to furnish my home. $7000 worth of appliances, and $20000 worth of equipment for my home theater.. etc etc.
1. NO 1 was available
2. When I did find someone, their product knowledge was non existent. So mean it's really sad... I could've read the tag and have done a BETTER JOB
3. Wouldn't even try and close a deal nor try and get a manger involved.
Needless to say, I spent $35000 at ABT.
Hey Best Buy Remeber the customer segments?...Barry/ Jill/ Ray... etc... IM A BARRY.
GO TO ABT!

Lost my best buy gift card at the mobile phone desk. It had $104 + chang left on it, I tried calling the store for over a half hour and nobody picked up. Stopped at the Best Buy in Vernon Hills and had their manager try and he couldn't get through either. It would have been left right at the desk, or if it had fallen it would've been on the floor very near the desk. Extremely disappointed.
