Absolute worst customer service. I went into the store today to buy an Apple Watch and a new Apple iPhone. Stood in the Apple section for 15 minutes waiting for someone, anyone, to assist me. After I accidentally set off a phone alarm, sound blaring, not a single employee came over, actually the employees that could hear the alarm didn't even turn around, heck the security guard himself was just standing there on his cell phone. I eventually went and asked if anyone worked in that area and the kid said he would send someone over to help me. No one came. I left, and I won't be back.

Impossible to reach anyone in store- phone number goes to robot. Also, consistently only 1 cashier. Line builds up while they become more and more anxious. Do better

Best Buy used to be great, but I don't think I'll ever go there again. Trying to get ahold of a human being on the phone there is utterly ridiculous. If you want to get someone from the store you bought from on the phone, it's impossible! Instead you get some tech person from India who has no clue what he's doing.
