Ordered online from this store. Item did Not say back order , and it also said it was in stock. On delivery day of this item, I later find out that this item was actually back ordered and then my delivery was canceled. I cannot believe that they would tell me this on the day of my delivery. I will never buy from Best Buy any Best Buy ever again after this and I recommend you don’t either.
Also to whoever told me to message BestBuys social media account, it says a lot about the leadership at this store. If they dont want to make the effort to make a good impact based on a situation like this, it definitely serves as a sign to ANYONE to avoid purchasing here.

Absolute worst customer service. I went into the store today to buy an Apple Watch and a new Apple iPhone. Stood in the Apple section for 15 minutes waiting for someone, anyone, to assist me. After I accidentally set off a phone alarm, sound blaring, not a single employee came over, actually the employees that could hear the alarm didn't even turn around, heck the security guard himself was just standing there on his cell phone. I eventually went and asked if anyone worked in that area and the kid said he would send someone over to help me. No one came. I left, and I won't be back.
