Nice electronic store but higher then anyone else.
Bought a laptop on March 11th, hard drive failed. Was told I can not return it as I had it more that 15 days. Last purchase I will ever make from Not So Best Buy. Buyers beware. Update!!!, protection plan? For a device that is less than 1 month old? You can't be serious that you expect me to throw good money after bad for a product you will not stand behind in less that 30 days. I have been a customer of Not So Best Buy for years, with TV's and home appliances but with no better customer support service than I got today. I will find another retailer for any future purchases. Your company dropped the ball big time on this small purchase and it will cost your company for any large purchases from me moving forward. And I can assure you I will let anyone I talk with on how I was treated.

I had to drive to this store last week to help a friend who purchased a TV who the staff refused to help him secure it. It ended up falling and they ended up calling me for help. Laughing at someone and walking away when they ask for help should be cause for immediate termination. We returned the TV and you guys lost the sale. (It was a sizable transaction as well). No need to reply. Just want others to know to make sure they bring help when they buy big ticket items.
