I walked in and the people at the door that greet you started to say hi and welcome but something way more important on their computer stopped them in mid-sentence and looked and laughed at whatever it was. So in my head. Kids just shaking my head. Then walked back to look and purchase a TV. Stood back there for over 10 minutes and never saw a single employee Then walked up to the front and saw 3 or 4 people at the door just chatting it up. I said would it be possible for someone to help back in the TV area. I have been back there for over 10 min. They looked at each other as to see who was going to have to go help me. Then one guy goes I will I am about to go to lunch so I will. It took all I had to say sorry for the inconvenience. I just want to buy something in your store. My bad. I walked to the back pulled out my phone showed the guy the TV I wanted and just gave him the do your job look. He looked it up went in the back and grabbed it. But that will be the last time I go in there. I would rather wait a week for a product than drive 15 min to get it there. Just really poor work ethics. And lazy people.

Bought a TV brought it directly home, screen was damaged took it back. Was told it was my fault and they wouldn't replace it even with the extra warranty. Very hostile in front of my child as well.
