An expensive protection plan for a z fold 5 that replaces with a refurbished phone and the Samsung warranty wouldn't cover because of small scratch.
Very disappointing for a store and brand i used to love....considering iPhone and new place to buy it.

It was a pleasant experience at Best Buy Avon, staff very courteous and obliging.
The Geek squad agents are very helpful, patient, and honest in their work. I was extremely happy for the quick service and response.
Good location. Very clean and modern. The service is helpful and to the point. I went at a good time because usually the staff are always busy helping someone but when I came, it was helped immediately.
Bought a cordless phone charger had to buy it to make sure it would work thank God it did. So I didn't have to turn around and return it
