First, I'm disappointed with having to address my questions to AI. Then I'm on hold waiting , eventually I assisted with a live person. Not trying to take my frustration out on the live agent, they wanted to go thru a several different questions which I provide my full name, then they wanted to verify my phone number and email address. I'm on lunch break and need to speak with someone in the car stereo installation dept about an install. So, i told the live agent nothing has changed with those, please pass me on while I'm on my lunch break.. the agent just had to inform me they were going to as those questions. Rightfully so, to schedule an appointment.
My point is, having to answer the same questions several times if not a good use of my time or Best Buy.
Stream line the service to what the customer is asking for..
Please Transfer me.
Then I get disconnect from the call, really!!!!!
I've worked in call centers.
Tacky !!!!

I tried to call to see if they have a particular tablet available at the closest location to me. AI answed the phone, and it hung up on me 3 times without answeing my question. It will not let me speak to an actual human. So I will go buy the Samsung tablet at Walmart. They answer the phone and actually answered my questions. You can keep your AI that doesn't know if you have specific products available. It may he costing you more than it's saving you though.
