I highly recommend that next time you tell a customer two times that the tv wouldn't fit in their car. You actually try or maybe measure before giving up and leaving the customer to put a heavy TV in their car alone. It fit perfectly with room to spare, box and all.
Don't say that you cant lay the tv down sideways when you did so right in front of me in another car with a TV.
worst experience ever. so racism. i waited 15 minutes calmly for service at car department. when guy showed up he said he will help other white guy who came way after me. very disappointed . these kinda people will make America grear again really??

Absolutely the worst place to buy anything, and hands down the most pathetic delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. They happily charge a hefty delivery fee, but when it comes to actually delivering your order on time, they suddenly turn into excuse-making experts. They’ll promise you a time, miss it completely, and then act like you’re the problem for even asking.Trying to resolve the issue is a joke. The interpreter and the driver keep passing you back and forth, putting you on endless hold, and never giving a straight answer or taking responsibility. It feels like they’re just stringing customers along with delay after delay, hoping you’ll eventually give up.
If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this place completely. Worst delivery service ever.
