Every time I come here they offer online pickup for products they don't have on shelves. I had to order something from their doordash page because they didnt even have a section for it in the physical store. Its like they want the internet to take their jobs

They gave my already purchased flat screen 4k TV away to the wrong person and were very rude by straight up saying obviously the right person picked it up as he would have showed i.d., but in watching security video, the worker didn't even look at it. Didn't offer to replace it, nothing. Told me to leave store. Rudest customer service I've ever received in my life!

My daughter had warranty on beats and they couldn't replace battery. Had to make appointment to drop them off and waited a week to get new ones when they have them in stock in store. I don't understand why the need to make appointment for drop off and waiting for pickup but all in all we got them and they were replaced so still 5 🤩

Good place to find a variety of items! Difficult leaving the lot during heavy traffic times!
