The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly and quick to help when I had questions. Overall, a nice little shopping trip and definitely worth stopping by if you’re hunting for cards or anything tech-related.
Best buy customer service is horrible. Tried to call the Avon Indiana store to ask a question to see if they could help with automotive alarm installations. Called the number after 10 minutes got a person who said they would connect me. 10 minutes later still no answer. What should have taken less than a minute wasted 20 minutes and still no answer.

My 83 year old mother got her phone hacked and took money from her bank account. We went to the geek squad to see if they could help. The geek 🤓 looked over my mom's phone and removed a bunch of apps that were suspicious. She was hit twice but hasn't been hit since. And get this, they didn't charge us a cent. Nice people.
