I was just on the phone with Marina from Customer Service asking to speak to someone in Avon store to ask if they had an iphone in store unlocked for purchase, as they were able to help me with this back in June with the purchase of my husbands phone. Marina refused to answer this and insisted I had to purchase through the phone for one to be available. That was incorrect as we purchased one available and paid IN STORE not on the phone in June for my husbands. She then HUNG UP on me. I have never in my life had a Customer Service agent hang up on me. Is this really the kind of people we are in this day and age that you are so unwilling to be helpful in your Customer SERVICE job and let AI do your job for you that you HANG UP the phone. WOW, just absolutely wow.
