Nice store just dont press to the people to buy warranties or extra services. I had to said no 3 times , beside it everything was fine
Never could get sales person to come help me, and I am not searching thru store to find someone...

First, I'm disappointed with having to address my questions to AI. Then I'm on hold waiting , eventually I assisted with a live person. Not trying to take my frustration out on the live agent, they wanted to go thru a several different questions which I provide my full name, then they wanted to verify my phone number and email address. I'm on lunch break and need to speak with someone in the car stereo installation dept about an install. So, i told the live agent nothing has changed with those, please pass me on while I'm on my lunch break.. the agent just had to inform me they were going to as those questions. Rightfully so, to schedule an appointment.
My point is, having to answer the same questions several times if not a good use of my time or Best Buy.
Stream line the service to what the customer is asking for..
Please Transfer me.
Then I get disconnect from the call, really!!!!!
I've worked in call centers.
Tacky !!!!
