How do I check product availability at the Avon Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Avon Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I had to drive to this store last week to help a friend who purchased a TV who the staff refused to help him secure it. It ended up falling and they ended up calling me for help. Laughing at someone and walking away when they ask for help should be cause for immediate termination. We returned the TV and you guys lost the sale. (It was a sizable transaction as well). No need to reply. Just want others to know to make sure they bring help when they buy big ticket items.

I have been trying to make an appointment with the Best Buy in Avon, Indiana to transfer data from my old Lenovo tablet to my new Lenovo tablet both of which were purchased at this store and I keep getting the run around. I just wanted to make a simple appointment which I tried doing online but kept getting the run around with their website. Do they have any employees who know how to answer the phone???
