broke my phone and geek squad helped me get it replaced for a new one with the best buy phone insurance. it was simple and quick. i was really impressed.
My cat dumped the flat screen TV and the center third of the picture went black. Went to Best Buy instead of Wallyworld because the BB sales rep could (and did) walk me through features and options to get what I needed. Good price, and they hauled the broken one away.
store shut down for water damage but they let us still buy Pokemon cards because we waited out in the cold, 10/10 service!

Customer service was terrible. I tried to contact the manager, and when I called all I got was their artificial intelligence person and then when I tried to talk to a human, no one could connect me directly to the store. It was like they’re trying to protect the manager from talking to me. Very disappointed I thought Best Buy was better than this.
