The staff was mind blowing good . Such a great experience today . Extremely friendly. I had what I needed in seconds. Wow just crazy good .
We've had good experiences in the Bloomington Best Buy for 8 years. This year the store seems especially well run.
We never owned laptops, and bought two this week. Super impressed with Kyson Barger, who walked us through various options, answered lots of questions, gave us insights. We think we got just the laptops we needed.

Most incompetent staff I have ever experienced. I dropped off my phone with a damaged screen and was recommended to buy more storage on iCloud for a backup in case of factory reset after the repair. I end up spending more on extra storage for backup and my phone finally begins the process. At this point I am allowed to leave and am told it will be repaired in 3-4 hours. I left them 2 modes of contact in case of issues. I come back to my phone not fixed because it was still backing up and no one from Best Buy had attempted to contact me about the issue. Not only did I end up spending extra money because of this incident, but now I have to keep coming back to easily the worst Best Buy in the world for the repair and compensation. If I were you, I would make the drive to Indianapolis and not bother here.

Disappointed! Once again. I had an appointment scheduled by Apple Support for an iphone issue (Best Buy is Apple certified). First, I showed up, and I wasn't even on their schedule!!! Second-I was there for 30 seconds before the employee at the desk told me they "don't do that here." They're Apple certified, but can not replace a phone that's under warrantee by Apple. They aren't "certified" for replacements?! So now I need to go to Indianapolis- Keystone at the Crossing, to be exact!!!
