Normally, when we came here, we were always greeted,and helped quickly, but I must say, I am pretty upset about how we were treated the last TWO times we went in here. The 1st time, we were completely disregarded, for quite some time, until we FINALLY got an associate to come help us, and at that time, we were bought 2 brand new Samsung Galaxy S25 ultras CASH. The last time, we were not only disregarded, but we stood there, asked for help after almost 20 mins of waiting, and 2 different employees said they were busy but would find someone, to no avail, so we went back toward the front and saw NUMEROUS employee's literally just standing around talking with each other! Still, nobody offered to help, finally 15 mins later we seen a young lady , told her what we needed (2 brand new Lenovo laptops, and 2 phone cases and screen protectors) and she was kind enough to not only help us, but, she also was very nice, and didnt disregard us because we probably look like we dont have the means to shop there...I get it, my husband and I are both covered in tattoos, and what not, but, I, absolutely believe 100% , that as soon as we walked in there, the employees we came into contact with were "judging a book by its cover" so to speak...SMH, well I sure hope this store gets employees that are non judgemental, and nice and helpful, like they USED to have, and I hope they keep the young lady that helped us and the older gentleman that helped me find the best Shark vacuum that day as well. It's a shame how drastically downhill their customer service reps have become, we used to LOVE LOVE LOVE this store....for the record ,these 2 incidents happened only 1 week apart, and between the 2 visits we spent about $8000 cash!!!! So , hopefully the ones that took the time to help, I hope they got commission, cuz they were fantastic!
