Walked in seen a group of employees expecting that I get some customer service as I walked in and that was a huge mess. I was in there for an ink cartridge and couldn’t find anybody but they were all standing around each other and I came up to one gentleman seemed like he would be of some help and ultimately wasn’t insightful of what I was explaining the difference in the ink. I had no guidance until for the third time coming up a gentleman by the name Kenish was very driven to help without any hesitation. And these five stars are for Kenish. Thank you so much for your help today. 😊👍🏽
