Geek squad is absolutely worst service. Been waiting for hours for little thing rude and disrespectful workers.
I went to Geek Squad to repair iPhone speaker making a static noise. At 1st appt, they ordered the part needed. At 2nd appt, they replaced speaker with “a new one”. When I returned to pick up my phone, it was making the same static noise. They said they didn’t know why. They said I had to make 3rd appt to order another speaker because there was a line of people behind me and they didn’t have time to order it then, and then would need a 4th appt to drop off phone for repair again once another speaker arrived. Instead I took it to the Apple Store. They replaced my phone for free because I had Apple Care and said whoever “repaired” my phone at Geek Squad actually did a good amount of damage inside. The protective coating on the battery was scratched in several places. And some screws were missing. Terrible experience with the Geek Squad. One star because they at least refunded me the $89 repair cost otherwise I would rate them a zero.
