Absolutely outraged as temporarily disabled with knee surgery and being a shareholder I called the store repeatedly to see if they had what I wanted on display so I could see it and buy it some Sonos equipment. Instead shunted me to AI assistant which is completely incompetent and then to a person in India. Why have brick and mortar if you can't staff it properly answer the phone and sell stuff to people. I think the manager of this door should be seriously reviewed and if anybody else has the experience I've had sell your stock !

I was ignored by the staff and was sold an item in good condition and when I got home, it didn't work. They didn't even try to fix the issue, they just refunded and sent me on my way without options.

Bought an outdoor speaker set over a month ago to. They’ve rescheduled my installation three times now and still no speakers. Can’t get anyone to help. Even the guy who sold them to me (who has gone way out of his way to help) can’t get anyone from corporate to help. Do not buy anything from them that requires installation.
