Returned some computer cables a week ago to the store and never got refunded the money! Their customer support never gave any answers as to where my money is at and my email is constantly being flooded with ads about their credit cards now! some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced!

No good. I made an appointment online to have a new $89 battery installed on my iPhone 12. After going through a 10 minute diagnostic of my phone, the associate left to check if a battery was in stock. A battery was not in stock so I asked if they could order one (less than $89) and then I could come back and get the battery installed. The associate told me that was possible but I would need to leave my phone with them. I asked how long that would take and they said one to three weeks. It is simply unbelievable that anyone would willing give up their phone for one to three weeks! What a scam. I tried to make contact with the store manager but was told that he doesn’t take customer complaints over the telephone. Complete runaround and Best Buy just lost a customer for life!!!!

Trying to buy a cellphone ( OnePlus 12) but it's never in stock. Ended up buying a car stereo I much needed. Selection was limited. Really like this store but employees should be more fluent with some of the latest tech & how it works. Any adapters are really overpriced. You can find some deals in here though . May be because of the online shopping is the reason nowadays.
