Wild geek squad doesnt do stuff inside the computer anymore. Need a computer cleaned out and was turned down cause they dont do that. Especially weird cause earlier that day i was told they did by someone else.

It’s almost impossible to get a person on the phone. The phone system they have is completely ridiculous. I would not purchase anything from a store that it is so difficult to talk to an actual employee of.
