Very unhappy with this place and won't ever go again had things put on a new computer took 5 days then needed help with a new purchase we were going to make and didn't because all the people were to busy standing around talking to each other can't make any sales that way 6 people nobody helping customers thanks alot.

Do not buy cellphones from this store . They have good phones but the plans are bad . It took them over six hours across two days to set us up and get our phones working which was fine whatever stuff happens right ? Then they promised us if we went post pay vs pre paid it would be 100 dollars cheaper. We'll that is not the case nor has it been the case for the three months we've had these phones . Firstly we are paying for a third phone line for the first two months when we only have two lines . Now this month our phone bill was over 300 dollars when its supposed to be 75 dollars for two lines . This is not acceptable especially when our sons birthday is coming up next week and we are planning his party still . That 300 dollars was supposed to be for that and get us through until next week . Verizon said they'd refund it but it could take as long as a week to be refunded .anyways we are currently deciding weather to just get a refund on the phones and everything or just ditch their bad plans and go back to pre paid since its actually not 100 dollars cheaper but instead more expensive by about 200% so far in three months.

This is the most disorganized Best Buy I have ever encountered. The shelves are largely in disarray and the staff cannot locate products that Best Buy's inventory system reports as in stock. In my most recent encounter, when Best Buy employees could not locate the item I drove home and ordered it online. in other words, I wasted time and fuel driving to Best Buy.
