Zero stars best buy. Bought a new legion go s on Feb 13th. My son played on it for a few days and the right trigger broke. Attempted to return it and was denied even though it was within their 15 day return or exchange window. I asked for a protection plan at time of purchase to find out there wasn't one placed on it. Manager was unhelpful in honoring the return or exchange stating they dont currently have a GM. Upon speaking to customer service over the phone they stated the store has to honor the return or exchange
