I bought a phone from Best Buy and had to return it. I returned it within the return time. It was in the same brand new condition, and I was still charged $45.99 for a "restocking fee"!! This is the reason I have refused to shop at Best Buy in the past, and why I will return to not shopping there in the future! It is ludicrous to take people's hard earned money like this! Why would anyone pay this fee at Best Buy when we could shop at most any other place and return items free of charge?! Never again.

I appreciate you reaching out as an owner. I'm certain you have better things to do than reply to a review. But just so you're aware, I did do as you asked, and I reached out. I explained that I am an addictions therapist who sees patients online. I need an exceptional camera to do this, and since the phone I purchased would not be proficient, I returned it without any mention of a restocking fee. This is what I got in return. Prices are ok. Seemed a bit under staffed. Other than the 3 or 4 guys standing around talking while we needed help with computers. Another guy came over. No one knew crap about car audio either

The greeter, Dillon, is always a pleasure to speak with; hell, he's part of the reason I go as often as I do (if I misspelled his name, my deepest apologies). He was able to provide me with some VERY competent advice when it comes to streaming online.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is deplorable. Do NOT make purchases from this store! Everything is a scam and they do not honor any return policies on their sub par products. If you need electronics visit Amazon.
