I have been buying all my products here for years. New tvs, sound bars, printers ect. Sadly the whole buisness has really gone down hill. Ordered a very nice 3D printer with lots of filament last week. It’s past two days late now, the store tells me they have no idea where it is , it’s probably lost they say and to call a number. When calling the number I get hung up on twice, and the third time they are incredibly rude and told me they can’t help me. Time to find a new store. Not to mention you literally can’t even call the physical store? It’s all out sourced.

I got a new computer today! I was trying to save money and the young man showed me how buying one that had been opened and returned was as good as one never opened. I appreciate that. As a Senior citizen on a fixed income I really needed his expertise to match my needs to the proper computer.
Store doesnt take phone calls. Routed to global customer service…
Wasn't in there long, service was quick and straight forward for pick up.
