Curbside pickup, what a joke. Sat and waited with the kids for over 30 mins before I decided to just get us all out and go in to pickup the item. When I entered the store I was greeted by 3 associates who were standing right by the door (viewing distance from where I had been sitting on curbside pickup) neither of the 3 people bothered to come out and ask if I was there for a pickup (yes I had put in the app that I was there for pickup and even had a conf number). They excused that they didn't get the pickup item in their AMA .... Well, good customer service would be to maybe go and see why a customer is sitting and waiting in your curbside for a half an hour instead of standing there shooting the $h1t
