I would not recommend Best Buy for anything anymore. This store has gone downhill especially with customer service.
Husband scheduled a car audio and remote start install for my vehicle. Arrived early to drop it off and they would not let him leave the vehicle until the install Technician arrived . Waited an hour for him to show up.
Picked up the vehicle after it was done and everything seems to be working good, but realized the next morning my phone mount was gone. Tried calling 3 different times only to be put on hold each time .
After the holds each time I got a different response
1st representative says they are transferring me to the technician who did my installation. Conveniently the call drops .
2nd representative gives me a phone number and says it is a direct line , it infact was not and took me to the same call center.
3rd representative who I could barely understand says there is no way to reach anyone at the physical store via phone and he would have to schedule me an appointment to meet with the car audio technician.
I just needed to know if my phone mount was at the store before I drive all the way there , but I can't get that simple answer ....smh
