We went in twice today to buy an over $2000 washer and dryer combo. Both times we waited over 15 minutes after we asked the front for help. Noone came and we left. It looks like they should have a full time salesperson in the appliance department since that is one place in the store where they could make some money.

I give warranty service a HUGE ZERO!!!!! Beyond mad about how the warranty and repair system is with Best Buy. I will NEVER BUY APPLIANCES WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! It has taken 2 months to get warranty dept to get a claim put in for our washer and then wait forever for it to be approved, then to wait for a call from the service dept to schedule a time for them to come "look " at it. then tell us we will go back and put in our recommendation and you'll hear from someone! Nope we had to continue to call repeatedly. Then to be told they had to order parts. then again we had to keep calling for updates. Then we get a call to schedule a pick up to take washer to repair place to be fixed. Then be told it'll be another week or 2 before they can work on it. So who wants to wait 3 months to go thru this for a repair that is going to cost more than the washer was bought for. NOT ME EVER AGAIN!!!@@@@ ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PROCESS FOR REPAIRS AND SERVICE!
