No problem returning a device we didn't want.
If you want to call to see if they have an item in stock and setting on the shelf…. Forget it. The Best Buy phone system is terrible with no way to speak to a person that’s in the store! Found a competitor that actually had a person answer the phone and had what I needed.

It can be frustrating when you aren't able to get in touch with a store. All phone calls are routed to our Customer Care line due to the sheer volume of calls that stores receive on a daily basis. Agents aren't able to provide stock amounts over the phone, however customers can check if an item is in stock via our website.
Simply input your preferred location into our store locator on https://bby.me/HnAVxQ, then search for your item on the search bar. You can filter out "out of stock" and "ready in 1 hour". If the item shows up with those two filters, the item is currently in stock at the time you're viewing the entry.

Immediately after walking through the doors, Dillon kindly pointed me in the directions I needed to hit for what I came in for. Later, needing something from a locked cabinet, Dave unlocked it for me and borough me straight to his checkout counter. He gave me all sorts of useful information. The customer service here was off the charts and the vibes are just outstanding at this Best Buy!
The salesman who helped my friend was awesome. Very professional and explained things well to my friend who is blind. She ended up buying a refrigerator as well as a dishwasher for very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend going there.
