Terrible customer service, I got ignored when I went in, and the salesman person walked past me while I was looking at some games to assist someone else. Another time, I was asking for help with a phone and was told how do I know you didn't steal it. Many times, I have gone in, and salesman people have ignored me while I was looking and could use help. I avoid this store at all cost due to lack of customer service

Salesmen will lie to up-sell you on their products and memberships. Recently bought a desktop computer and was told I'd get a $150 discount if I spent an additional $100 on their membership. Of course I take the deal to save myself $50. Checked the receipt at home on their website (since he didn't print one there) and saw I was charged $180 for the membership. Called customer service and they couldn't bring the price down to the agreed $100 so my only option was to cancel the membership and lose the discount. I planned on using the money I saved to buy more accessories for the computer at Best Buy plus more, but now I will never be going back due to the scummy behavior of their salesmen.
