Very good customer service, had a pick up. Was in and out in minutes. Extremely helpful staff
We stopped in the store twice today for two different items (we had been doing some comparison shopping )and both times the gentleman at the front door pointed us in the right direction. The people were helpful and friendly. We usually have a good experience shopping in the store. We will be back!
The number listed is a joke. I have called 8 times, on hold for over an hour altogether, left my call back number. Called at 9am they said call back during normal business hours 8am to 5pm. We ARE in the same time zone.

Went into the store to get a phone. No one was there. Found someone who called another. That person came over and explained they didn't know anything about phones or could help us in any way. Came back another day, same situation. Absolutely horrible. Better off just doing your own research and buying online. Sad to say, but this store has turned to a ghost town and no one there knows anything about their job. Past 5 visits have been horrible
