Buy your products from a different store.

I love to go here to get my car system here. I don't take my car to anyone but this man I'm not going to say who he is but everyone know who I'm talking and maybe it will make you want to meet this incredible intelligence gentlemen. I will follow this man to what ever job he goes that's how much my system is wrong to me nothing but the best. I can't wait to pick out my new items for my car. I can't wait to find the match. The most horrible experience ever and worst managing staff! We purchased a new TV online with instore pickup. While unboxing the TV, we noticed that the screen was completely cracked. I initiated a return and we took it back to the store within the hour. The acting Manager refused to exchange the TV or refund my money. We were told that the box had no damage and that they could make a discretionary decision not to honor their written return/exchange policy. The acting Manager gave us two options, call corporate customer service or call Samsung. What?? Why?? My family has been traumatized by this experience! If you purchase anything from this store, please open the box before you leave with it!!
