Wasn't in there long, service was quick and straight forward for pick up.

It seemed like a lot of headphones were out of stock so the choices were limited for what I was looking for however its still a decent store and everyone there was friendly.
We bought from Best Buy a BOSCH 800 SERIES dishwasher in March 2022; with delivery, installation and taxes we paid $1417.73. Also, we decided purchase a four years extended warranty from Bosch Appliance Service Plan, (Just to play it safe) which that cost us an additional $424.00. The dishwasher did ok for the first year, than the rinse-aid compartment start leaking. Called the service department and had it that fix... I guess things can go wrong even with the best appliance companies. No problem stuff happens!
Then on October 26th 2024 the dishwasher didn't finish the cycle, and displayed an E15 code, which indicates water has accumulated in the base pan. I thought will be a easy fix... Boy I was wrong!!
It took countless telephone calls to Bosch extended warranty, and HOURS of my time for them to answer the phone, and schedule someone to fix my dishwasher. Never mind to try to explain to someone in Indonesia (with very little English) the importance to have my dishwasher fix before Thanksgiving, since we planned a large family celebration. I felt like no one cared if my dishwasher was going to be fixed by Thanksgiving or not!
it took 5 visits from the out-town repair company, and 3.5 months for Bosch extended warranty, to realize that my dishwasher was not-reparable, basically a lemon!
I was inconvenienced of not having a dishwasher from 10/26/2025 to 02/02/2026, so no dishwasher for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Eve celebrations.

There were about 10 employees standing around doing nothing while only one person was working the register, with a line of around 10 people. When this was mentioned, the response was that they were “understaffed,” which was hard to understand given that so many employees were standing in a circle chatting instead of helping.
