Trying to get the camera repaired on my iPhone 14.
Geek squad says they have to hold my phone for days in order to order the part to fix it.
So in order to have my phone repaired I have to be without it FOR DAYS while it just sits at Best Buy.
Apple (who is covering this repair) disagrees with this policy & says that is absolutely not how Apple does business with Best Buy.
The Apple support specialist asked me to take my phone into the store & let them talk to the geek squad tech (NOT MY IDEA).
The geek squad Tech refused & cursed at me.
I don’t understand who is lying, Apple or Best Buy, but I think it’s unfortunate the customer is caught in the middle & unable to get their phone fixed because of clashing policies.
Buy products here all the time great selection with solid deals and Dillon at the front is always so happy, welcoming and ready to direct or help he's not paid enough
They have alittle of everything, not to impressed but its a store not a online warehouse
