DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE. GO TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. I purchased 5400$ in appliances back in October. They were due for delivery Nov 18th and 19th. I called the hotline the day before because I had a charge included for hauling away a dishwasher and no longer needed it. The gentleman on the phone refunded the charge and then told me that because I removed a service that the entire delivery date had to be moved. Now my appliances will not be deliver until Nov 27th and December 9th. I am trying to move into a new house this week and now I won't be able to for over three weeks. I went and bought appliances at Home Depot and went to cancel my order at Best Buy. They were not able to refund the entire order. There was over 300 dollars missing from the original purchase. Called again to cancel the tech membership that was sold to me as a protection plan because they can't do that in store. After a trip to the store and multiple phone calls I am still missing 100 bucks that no one can refund. I am doing a chargeback for that because of Best Buy's incompetence. They seriously need to fix their delivery system and not screw over customers for wanting to not pay for things they don't need. Removing a haul away service should not reschedule an entire delivery for that much money. TLDR Buy appliances at Home Depot and talk to James. He was super nice and we had a good laugh at my awful experience that Best Buy provided.

My wife broke her phone, we purchased a new iPhone 16 at a local AT&T store. AT&T stores cannot do data transfer unless both phones are accessible through the screen. Our old phone was not able to do so. We tried Phone Todd and they were very, very rude, combative and demanded a charge and a CASH collateral for the process. (Even though I was leaving the phones with them). Alas, we went to Best Buy. I walked in a little heated still from Phone Todd experience and I was greeted by Juan, the Apple associate. I explained my issue and he jumped on it very quickly. He also had Nolan assist him, a Verizon rep, and between them they got us up and running, NO CHARGE! We bought a $70 case and a new screen protector, as the money wasn’t the issue lol. (The principle of simple and easy business practices are). Juan is an asset to the Evansville Are for the Apple team and Nolan is very informative and very quick to help! Great team. Thank you guys so much! You saved our night!
