Hugh shout out to Hunter, Tay, Chad, and Jackson at Apple Glen, Best Buy for the "Above and Beyond" help. My son went in looking for a new laptop computer for his 1st year at Ball State in Architecture & Interior Design. He went in at 2pm and we didn't leave until 7:30. Mind you there was an unmentionable amount of issues that made this take so long! Hunter was awesome walking him through what he needed, what would be best for warranty and anything else he needed. But... then the issues started... the system rejected my son's payment card. He called us and we directed him to go to the bank, check the card and make sure the upped his limit for it to go through. He did that. Was issued a new card and upped his limit. Still not happening. He called his Dad and I. We showed up around 6:20 and we went through the same issues. We tried our cards and even a personal check.... nope. Eventually with Hunter and Tay's help, along with Chad and Jackson assisting, we finally got it to all work out. We had a lot of learning moments and a few laughs. I was a really proud mom and person, of not only my son for pushing through for the computer, but also of each and every person mentioned above for being hard working, determined, kind, and caring adults. These people were top notch and not one made me want to roll my eyes or sigh in frustration! That says a lot in today's world! Thanks again to the hard working, caring helpers: Hunter, Tay, Chad, and Jackson.
*BEST BUY NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT/WHO THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM!!!

We went in to buy a laptop. Waited around for a 1/2 hour and no one talked to us. So we finally just left. We will just buy one online then
