On the morning of November 30th,I went into the store to buy an AirPods . I told the store staff that I wanted an AirPods Pro 3. The staff member picked up an AirPods Pro 3 and took me to the checkout counter . I paid for AirPods Pro 3. However , when I got home and connected to my phone , It popped up on my phone AirPods Pro 2” instead of AirPods Pro 3, even though the box says it is the pro 3 model.

I just got a email from the geek squad saying I purchased a home package for 499.00 a year sent me an invoice also dated today nov 25 but I didn’t purchase it so what kind of scam are you running

Geek Squad Z and John was amazing. Best customer services I’ve had in a long time. John explained different laptops with me and I purchased that day. Z worked me in no rush of me learning my laptop. Great services!!!
Absolutely the worst experience and no one helped us even when we asked for assistance.
