We ordered a range and a range hood, the range came on the day it was supposed to, hood was to come the next day ( evidently same install team can’t do the install) my husband stayed home for that install was scheduled between 3 and 6 pm according to morning text from store. Install was a no show, no call! You can not call this local store! You get a computer, it takes at least 25 minutes to reach a person. They were to reschedule our delivery at our next convenience which was the next Wed according to the installation manager. Next we started getting new install dates text ( for the already installed range) next installation text was for Thursday again. Not at our convenience liked promised on phone.Today I went to the store to actually talk to store manager. I ended up canceling the order because they refused to accommodate when we needed to have it done with out us having to take another day off of work. 1800 number will lie through their teeth to get you off the phone and tell you what they want and do the opposite… one hand definitely doesn’t know what the other is doing. Buyer beware!
