Ashamed to say this is my primary best buy. Except for maybe one (PC department) employee there every single other person half asses their job or make excuses not to do it completely. Bare minimum customer service. Also the place is freaking dirty!

They deserve 2.5 stars. Every time I go in there I have to find an employee to get help. The past 2 times I found them just standing around talking to other employees. When I asked for help both times they both acted like I was bothering them. I wont be going back. Amazon is cheaper for the same items.
