There are a few good products that are just a little bit used for a little less. They're on the website but I encourage you to come in and check them out in person before you buy! They have some good deals on brand new ones, as well! On my way to the hospital for the internet speeds!

I took in a defective product for a return and was turned down because I was a few days over the 15 day return window. I’ve been a long time Best Buy customer and have spent several thousand dollars here over the years. If you sell me a defective product and I come in with receipt, I should get a full refund. It’s very simple. They are just following store policy I’m sure, but it’s sad that companies don’t take care of their customers anymore. There’s no people, just profit. For a $20 return, you just lost a good customer. Deleting my app. GameStop here I come.
