I went to get my grandma a new phone. She is elderly and doesn’t grasp much. Andrew sat with us throughout the entire process and was so awesome. I could not have imagined a better person to go to. Andrew, employee of the month. Grammy loves her phone and my life is easier because of it!
The Geek Squad guys did a good job helping me out today. 12/15/25. Had an issue with screen protector warranty replacement but they saw it through

I will start this review by getting the bad stuff out of the way: the website/app was frustrating to use to try and schedule an appointment, and I HATE having to talk to a robot instead of a real person for help. Because, guess what, the robot was no help at all. Long story short, I paid to get a remote start done for my car, but when I had to reschedule my appointment, their system automatically canceled my order but did not cancel my appointment. I would have had to re-purchase the remote start kit at a much higher price, because my original discount was no longer valid. This greatly upset me, since it was their system that canceled my order, not me. Well, a very nice employee by the name of Blanket helped me not only get my original item & price back, but was also super helpful with the remote start and my appointment. I hope her pillow is always on the cold side and that she gets everything she wants in life.
