Researched what we wanted before we went in. Service was excellent. Was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Delivery will be next week.

The salesman was not very friendly, and he kept showing us the most expensive items. Even after we told him we had a budget. He showed us items way above the budget.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed an online order at this store for a MacBook Air, I had already paid online and should have only needed to be picked up and taken home. My husband went to pick it up and the gentleman that brought it out is the same person we have had helping us on our previous trips to this Best Buy store. He is rude, and rushes you to make decisions, and doesn't respond well if you tell him you would prefer the cheaper option. On Mother's Day my husband wanted to take me in to buy me an iPad Air, the gentleman didn't like that we wanted the older model instead of waiting for the new more expensive one model to come out...When we went to purchase the iPad he slammed the box on the counter and had someone else check us out. He also proceeded to give me the wrong keyboard I had asked for, which was supposed to be the apple Magic Keyboard. My husband a few months later went to purchase a Mac book for school and was being assisted by someone else when this gentleman rudely took over and tried to yet again, have us wait for the newer more expensive model to come out. My husband decided on an older model and the gentleman grabbed the box for us and proceeded to have someone check us out again. Finally, just a couple of weeks ago I purchased my own Mac Book for my job and because we didn't want to deal with this gentleman again I placed an online pickup order. It should have only needed to be picked up since I had already paid online. My husband thought the gentleman had to check it out again or something when he went to go pick it up...Just found out he returned the item on us without giving us money back just so we would be unable to price match the item in the future and get some money back. I have a life, and a job, and a family and because someone at this location didn't seem to like use, they scammed us out of money that could have been used to help us pay other bills/food for my family. Thanks a lot, we will never return to this store for any future purposes.

I still go to Best Buy from time to time. Not as often due to them not selling movies or CD's anymore. I know times are changing. But I still buy physical media just from other stores now.
