Best buy northcrest is always a great shopping experience.
Walked right past the greeter, he never said a word. Went to geek squad to ask how to fix my phone. Sat and waited for 20 minutes, then started wandering around in the phone section. I saw three employees chatting, while 2 others seemed to be with customers. I finally asked one of the guys if he worked there, he did, but wasn't wearing a blue vest. When I asked if they could fix my phone or get me the Screensaver, they said "sorry we can't help you".

Lame. Try to buy a Bluetooth speaker here but you don't even test it out as the displays ate not hooked up properly. Kinda sad honestly. Not as good as it used to be.
