I will start this review by getting the bad stuff out of the way: the website/app was frustrating to use to try and schedule an appointment, and I HATE having to talk to a robot instead of a real person for help. Because, guess what, the robot was no help at all. Long story short, I paid to get a remote start done for my car, but when I had to reschedule my appointment, their system automatically canceled my order but did not cancel my appointment. I would have had to re-purchase the remote start kit at a much higher price, because my original discount was no longer valid. This greatly upset me, since it was their system that canceled my order, not me. Well, a very nice employee by the name of Blanket helped me not only get my original item & price back, but was also super helpful with the remote start and my appointment. I hope her pillow is always on the cold side and that she gets everything she wants in life.
Best Buy has been great to work with when it comes make a wish days. Joe went above and beyond to make the day special.

Don't bother with delivery. It's like a South Park episode of the cable company. Deliberately trying to inconvenience you.
