Excellent service, by this young man named Jackson, him and his other coworker made my day! I didn’t asked for the other employee name. But he was calling Jackson the guy that was helping me(my big brother)! This made my day so much! You guys need to hire more people like them.

Tried to ask an employee about a of products matching specific parameters, and he insisted on trying to point me at something that he used, even though it wasn't what I was looking for. Eventually found something that worked, thankfully, but I feel like I wasted time, rather than saving it. Also, the item he was trying to get me to purchase was almost 3 times the price of what I was actually looking for.

Looking for a new laptop and had what seemed like a very knowledgeable man take care of us. Had to wait for short time to be helped because of staffing but it was worth it. Very happy. Item is working out great thus far.
