I ordered a package hoping to get it before or by today and its said since Thursday on the 1st that it would be available on Monday the 5th which is today. I was in the store Friday to see if the item was in stock because its for my brother in the military going back tomorrow and I asked the place you pick up orders if they thought I should buy the ones that are a step up just to be sure I get them today for his going back home and birthday party and they tell me oh it always shows up on time and he thought it wasn't necessary to spend 80 bucks more so I didn't. I get a message saying preparing to pick up so I call to find out when and the guy on the phone tells me I probably won't receive it today it will probably be tomorrow so I then call the 1888 number and they say the package was there when I was there on the 2nd and then I call back to Greenwood and the female tells me they did get the package on the 2nd but they have to go over the product look it over then scan it before making it available for pick up and its not like they can open the package then close it back up then tell me to come get it so what they look at the package then scan it and change the status to come pick up and that takes 3 days?? I think this Greenwood store is a absolute joke and I will not be ordering again or sending anything there if I do. I thought sending it to the store to pick up would make it quicker but of course not. I know why Amazon is my go to because people don't know how to work or be honest. I don't know why people can't be straight up the guy Friday could of told me he wasn't 100% sure it would be available and I wouldn't of chanced it I would of spent the extra but, if I don't receive them before he leaves ill get a refund and buy from a company that I can depend on. I just want others to know how they work at this store.

Does anyone work here? It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get help every visit. I’ve walked out empty handed so many times!
