How do I check product availability at the Highland Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Completely waste of time. Placed an order online with 1 hour in-store pick up. Charge me extra for store pick up. This was at 11:37 am at the store currently at 4:30 pm still nothing saying my order was on hold due to verification yet took my money out my account and wanted me to cancel my order and purchase in the store. But won’t return my money until 3 business days later. I’m trying to run my own business had an emergency that’s why I need a new computer and this is what they tell me no help at all from the manager even gave attitude. Worst store ever if I could give a 0 star I would

Best Buy will try to sell you a membership and the benefit is free shipping. One third of the way through your membership Best Buy decides they want hire cheaper carriers to deliver and those carriers are lazy and don’t want to do any deliveries so then you don’t get the deliveries you paid for. Update, contacted Best Buy at location they posted here. Best Buy lied and said my package would be redelivered today. It wasn’t even attempted. Best Buy stole 2 gift cards from me. Best Buy is still not delivering to my house. This seriously has to be the worst company in the country. I spent thousands of dollars with Best Buy last year and I will never shop at this corrupt company ever again.
