Placed an order for in store pickup that took 7 hours for them to locate, showed the girl behind the pickup counter the email that said it was ready and she told me it wasn't. I'm about 70% sure this best buy hires people who can't read. Horrible horrible store.
Way too long to get assistance.

Having no in-store customer service line and getting connected to corporate's customer service for every single little issue and question, when they can't answer anything about a local store's policy and have no idea how far away stores are from each other if one offers a service that another location doesn't before they set up your installation appointment, etc., is really going to hurt business. I won't be purchasing from Best Buy ever again. The hoops I've had to jump through, the number of times I've been disconnected after waiting on hold a half hour — enough. Done.
