Extremely slow. Maybe understaffed. The greeter was ok. Everything else was very slow

I wanted to recognize the amazing service I received from Darion Morris. Every time I come into the store, he is kind, professional, and always works hard to help customers. He's quick, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process easy. The last time I visited, I spent almost two hours with other employees and still left without getting my issue resolved. When Darrion Morris stepped in, he took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do, explained everything clearly, and had my problem solved in no time.
Employees like him make a huge difference. His hard work, efficiency, and positive attitude are the reason I will continue coming back to this Best Buy. Thank you for providing such outstanding customer service!
Asked 2 guys for help iand FINALLY took the 3rd to tell me they don’t have it, NO HELP THE FIRST 30 min. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR zero customer service here

Chris (Samsung Rep), Jason (Store Manager) Byron and Sean (Director) are amazing. Really care about their customers and customer service. Really makes it standard in how all companies should operate
