Some scamming going on. I ordered a phone and they sent it to some random address and won't help to stop it. I had to file fraud with credit card. I forsee Best Buy closing soon. All customer service is outsourced out of country and they would not connect me to a person in the U.S. I will no longer buy anything from best buy again.

Good sales and new items in all the time.the best thing is how easy it is to get a price match or credit on items that just go on sale..associates are usually helpful and friendly.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable of products. Fair prices. Unfortunately, what I needed, they couldn't provide yet communication is valuable. The sales associate explained what I needed to do, and per his instructions, I was able to obtain my product via somewhere else, but I appreciated the information
