I miss Circuit City. Time and time again I get let down with this local Best Buy. Best buy gave me broken equipment and this location refused to accept it back (after receiving replacement) stating it had to be shipped back via UPS which is false when I have direct contact from Best Buy stating that I can just return it to a store so that I will not be charged for a 2nd product. Customer service has lied multiple times on just this matter alone.

Bad experience with salesman. Wanted to upsell so much. Lied about applying for credit card. Said you would get 50 dollars. Lied. It's a gift card. Hate lies.....

Staff members from the Geek Squad in Homewood seemed to wander around aimlessly. I only went there to get a battery for my IPhone. Big mistake. I witnessed them tell several patrons that they couldn’t be serviced without an appointment. They later called me to cancel my scheduled appointment. What’s really going on???
