Had an excellent experience at the Highland store in Indiana off of Indianapolis Blvd., Service was great and I believe his name is Gerardo. I think he might be the acting supervisor. He was amazing very knowledgeable and very attentive store is very clean. I am a repeat customer and will continue and will recommend other people to shop there.

What the heck happened to service at Best Buy and a real selection of car audio equipment??? There is literally a teeny-tiny amount of car audio equipment on a back wall and we had to hunt for an associate to get any help (and it wasn't busy at the slightest) and then she had to call someone to come back to help us! We waited for 10 minutes for someone to never show up so we left! Ended up just ordering off Ebay which I really hate doing! Best Buy use to be an awesome place to shop because customer care was awesome! Now it's almost non existent! Step up your game Best Buy !
