Never shopping here again! Went in to exchange a Fitbit I bought three weeks ago. It won't charge/never did. They have a strict two week return policy even when your town is declared a national disaster! They said I could become a Plus member for $30 and use their 30 day return policy? I asked to speak to a manager and she told me the same thing - that there is nothing she can do and the only option was to join their Plus program. I went to my car and called the national number and the Best Buy representative directed me to contact Google directly as they have a one year warranty. Why couldn't the manager just tell me that? I cancelled a very large order that I was also picking up today. If she had been more helpful, I would have kept the order and filed the google warranty claim form. C'mon Best Buy - customer service is the only thing that separates you from other stores. Same products everywhere. I am headed to Target to get what I wanted from Best Buy.

I had their geek squad install a dash cam with front and rear cameras. Clean and fast work.

Had an excellent experience at the Highland store in Indiana off of Indianapolis Blvd., Service was great and I believe his name is Gerardo. I think he might be the acting supervisor. He was amazing very knowledgeable and very attentive store is very clean. I am a repeat customer and will continue and will recommend other people to shop there.
