What the heck happened to service at Best Buy and a real selection of car audio equipment??? There is literally a teeny-tiny amount of car audio equipment on a back wall and we had to hunt for an associate to get any help (and it wasn't busy at the slightest) and then she had to call someone to come back to help us! We waited for 10 minutes for someone to never show up so we left! Ended up just ordering off Ebay which I really hate doing! Best Buy use to be an awesome place to shop because customer care was awesome! Now it's almost non existent! Step up your game Best Buy !

Went with my daughter to Best Buy in Highland to get top-grade laptop and additional items needed for her University Architectural Program in August. When we were by the computer section 🖥 it was so nice to be greeted by ALYX. We showed him the papers with all the laptop specs. ALYX was extremely helpful to make sure we got a great high-end laptop on 4th of July sale at 50% off, plus sales on all the additional items needed. This should help my daughter be able to use it for the entire 5-year program. We were extremely happy with ALYX and his services, and the products we purchased. We would definitely return to this Best Buy Store in Highland, especially with employees like ALYX who have the knowledge and experience about computers 🖥. 110% Happy Cutomers.
