This store manager absolutely sucks. I purchased over a thousand dollars worth of items at Valparaiso and they were sold out so I was told to pick them up from this location. We drove an hour and they were sold to someone else. The manager offered no solutions, she was extremely rude and dishonest. Customer service is a nightmare too. You’ll get people from another country who can’t help you. I will never purchase another item from Best Buy. Don’t shop at this specific location. They’re horrible to deal with. Hey corporate, why don’t you share your contact information to make it easier on your consumers?
