M.2 drive is $120 more in store than the website. Obviously yes I'm gonna check the website but is this not some slimy tactics. You get an older couple in buying a gift they probably wont think twice about it.

Hoy fui a traer mi Telivicion a la tienda de Highland pedí un carrito para sacar mi Telivicion y no me dejó sacar el carrito al estacionamiento la muchacha que me atendió dijo que las políticas de Best Buy no deja sacar los carritos le llamo al supervisor y tampoco dejo que sacara mi televisión les pedí su nombre para hacer mi queja y no quisieron dármelo entonces tome una foto para saber su nombre y se enojaron y el supervisor con la muchacha me corrieron de la tienda cheque las políticas que tienen para sacar tu mercancía en Best Buy y si dejan usar los carritos esto pasó 7:30 pm 06/08/26 no es justo que lo traten así yo ya avía pagado mi televisión y no pude llevármela por que no me dejaron sacar el carrito Best Buy quien puede ayudarme con mi caso soy miembro de Best buy
Walked in a 45inch insignia smart tv which was awesome, good quality for 200
Absolutely horrible experience at Best Buy. My mother and I were shopping and needed assistance, but it was nearly impossible to find anyone willing to help. Employees were standing around in groups talking and chatting while customers were left searching for assistance. We ended up having to hunt someone down just to get basic help. Customer service seemed to be the last thing on anyone’s mind. Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.
