This store is awful. I can never find anyone to help me. Everyone seriously stands around like they are at a pool lounge (laughing talking). I waited around for someone to help me while the girl promised someone would be with me soon. All the workers are no help here. This place used to be much better. I’ll take my business to Amazon.

We don’t go to Best Buy much anymore, but Thristain from the phone department was phenomenal. We were upgrading, he explained everything to us crystal clear and was able to answer any question. Good service is impossible to find these days, but he was beyond helpful and amazing to work with. Keep it up 💪🏽💪🏽
I go to the store to kick their tires and decide what I want, up close and personal. Then I buy what I choose, online, for less.

You can go in there and browse or ask someone for help. The workers don’t keep asking you if you need help, but they do smile at you when they pass by so you know they’re available.
