Went to this location a couple of weeks ago and purchased a washer and dryer. Then all of a sudden our dryer was delivered. Our washer was delivered without the dryer. Then we communicate with Best buy and then they said they're going to resend it out. Didn't happen today. It was canceled because they said my wife's email wasn't valid. Let you know my wife has been with Best buy for 10 years. Same email so this location or whoever it was that was running. The appliance department sucks. I will never go back to this location again
Walked in to pick up an online order. Upon entering there were four or five employees hanging out up front just bullshitting.
Went to the one register that was open out of the four or five available, felt a lot like WalMart does anymore with the excess of checkout lanes, but lack of people working them.
Got to the register and the guy said I had to wait because he was helping the guy who had been in front of me still, since he was doing an item switch, and was walking around the store to find the item he wanted to swap with (something that I'd imagine should e been handled at the customer service desk, not checkout)
I made the comment of "So can one of those five guys standing over there help us?". He replied with the fact he was the only one scheduled to work the registers that day, to which I replied "Sounds like bad management."
He ended up calling for register help, to which a woman in a black shirt showed up and helped the few of us who had been waiting.

I am beyond livid at the fact that I made a purchase there today that shouldn't have been made because I was given the wrong information!!! I was on the phone over an hour for the wack customer service to tell me there was nothing I could do but cancel the order and wait 7-10 days for my money back and make another purchase!! The item won't even be here for three weeks before I can even take it back to even do that! I am beyond upset with their customer service or shall I say lack there of!

I came into Best Buy today for a memory card for a car camera for a friend of mine. I also had a couple questions about tablets/notebooks. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and walked to the area I needed and shown where I was to go next. The associate was more than helpful and in no time I was back in my van on my way home with all the info I requested.
