Friendly staff, what it is always seems to be a hassle picking up items that I've purchased from Samsung to pick up there
I was having trouble getting my Best Buy Charge card after closing my credit card (that I did not want in the first place) and had been going through the vicious phone cycle of different customer reps and was finally told that I would need to go into the store and they should be able to work it out. I went in and tried to briefly explain all what had happened as a way of letting them know my issue would probably take time. I was fortunate enough to be sent to an angel called Maria. She was just the best and took the time needed to get things worked out. To the call centers credit, it did go fairly smoothly once I was in the store and able to physically show my id. But none the less, dealing with Maria was just the best, she has such a great attitude and represents Best Buy so well. Also, the people that helped me to get to her were great as well, but she really stood out in my mind. It was a great experience and it puts faith in me when someone tells me they have been with Best Buy for 10 years and couldn't imagine doing anything else because it was a great environment to be in. Well Done Best Buy, well done!

This store seems to be in desperate need of off the floor storage. It feels like navigating a junkyard, because it looks like there is no organization but that guy at the counter knows exactly where everything is.
