I took my laptop in due to a interrupted windows update that stopped it working today. Antoine (I'm not sure how he spelt it, sorry!) was at the help desk at the geek squad booth and got it working in 10 minutes! I had taken it in to another PC repair shop on 88th street and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was so happy that Antoine fixed it!!! He definitely was the best tech Ive seen! Thank you Antoine! Give this guy a raise!
