The store associate that helped me was Yas. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He asked great questions and it made me feel confident that he was not just wanting the sale. I bought the laptop that best suited me because of his probing questions to make sure I was purchasing the right laptop. I came to the store just to see the laptops first hand. Not actually buying. However, Yas made me feel secure about what I needed and went ahead and purchased it today. I did purchased add-ons and I appreciate he didnt push me into buying what I didnt need at this time. I will continue going to that store even though it is out of my way. But Yas is worth it!!
