Absolutely useless. Stole $100 for a screen repair, returned the laptop with MORE cracks on the screen and completely factory reset.

This store sold me an open-box dryer in "Excellent" condition. It was well used with lint, hair and scent beads in the dryer and a construction nail in the vent pipe. It made a concerning click/clang noise with every turn of the dryer. I don't know who inspected it and thought it deserved an excellent rating but clearly they didn't care that it was filthy and BROKEN.
