I had no trouble finding anything. My only big complaint was the cashier who checked me out. I bought Metroid Prime Remastered and Ghost of Yotei yesterday. When he saw I was buying Ghost of Yotei he simply said , "Oh that game? Well at least one of these games has a strong female protagonist. What even is equality these days?" This was an unnecessary, very rude, and insincere comments that made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that there is some controversy around this game, but keep your opinions to yourself in front of customers.
I didn't get the cashiers name, but he was wearing a black cowboy hat and a long black vest get up. I work long hours and am back in school fulltime and I just don't need to hear crap like this when I just want to buy and play games with the very little free time I have these days. I just want to be clear, this isn't a complaint against BestBuy, this is a complaint against the rude employee who said that nasty comment. I will not be shopping at this location again.

Store was clean, prices are expensive, couldn't find anything asked the employees who where standing around by the front door. No one had any knowledge. So we left and I spent my money on Amazon lol
Never buy GE appliances. First, it is no longer GE but some other company, Haiden??. We bought a GE water softener less than 1 year ago and it is not working. I called GE appliances customer support and was told they can do nothing. When I asked to speak to a manager of supervisor, the guy said no and hung up on me. Never again will I buy GE anything.
