This store is close to becoming a "go-to" location when it comes to tech services. I can usually rely on the staff to be helpful, informative, and service-oriented. The exceptions have occurred when I have interacted with members of the Verizon representatives, and even then, they're very polite. Having said that, there is still a LOT of work that needs to happen in order to align (Verizon) customers' expectations with realistic service information. The process of signing up for a new account and a new phone, turned out to yield MANY hiccups.There seems to be an incredible disconnect between what the rep says is possible, and what IS possible, with the customer being required to invest massive amounts of fix billing and promotional problems (largely with AI bots). NOT cool.
