I came in the store to speak with geek squad people very nice young man. Pretty much told me need new desk top. All good go to department only 1 person working in that area helping another customer. Young lady informed me. No problem, as I was leaving what look to be a manager at the front stated "have a good day" I stated " not happy in the moment " his reply was have a great day and waved his hand up as to say bye. I stated "great customer service " 🙄 he ok good day. Little did he know I was going to ask if anyone else could help me. As well as I was going out the door to grab my phone I left in the car. That is why I shop Castleton or Greenwood Just RUDE people in management. He should learn from real workers.
