Great service and technician very helpful.
Wouldn’t sell a pair for f rayban meta glasses with out scheduling a demo and coming back another time. Purchasing on Amazon now.

Went in to Geek Squad. I told them my computer wasn’t turning on, but thought it was an issue with my charger. I explained to the staff I thought it was a simple fix, and asked if someone could look at it real fast, and they said “no, it will definitely take a long time to fix if your computer isn’t turning on, that’s a major problem.” The staff was extremely rude, and didn’t take 2 minutes to solve my problem. I proceeded to go to Boiler Tech Solutions, who told me it was a simple fix, and I was out in 5 minutes. All I needed was a new charger. The staff at Best Buy didn’t take the 30 seconds to determine I was using the wrong charger for my MacBook. Told me I would have to come in a whole mother day, and that they would have to ship my computer out.
