I picked up an open-box MacBook Pro from the Greenwood Best Buy and the charging port was already broken when I got home. I went back there for help, but they weren’t able to do much. I then tried the Lafayette location and had a much better experience. They looked at the laptop right away, confirmed the issue was there from the start, and offered to replace it with a new one. Melissa, the store manager, was professional and genuinely helpful throughout. Everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. Really good experience at the Lafayette store. In two days 2 different Bestbuy store each one handled the issue differently!

Purchased a 1800$ washer and dryer for delivery. They called one hour before delivery and asked if i had the side kit, i said i purchased it but dont have. By the way the person on the phone i could barely understand due to her accent. She canceled it without explaining to me what i needed. So i drove there, manager said i should receive a phone call 8n 40 minutes for problem to be resolved. 5 hours later and 40 minutes on hold i drive back to the store. Ask Josh the supervisor for help, says nothing he could do. So i said cancel it all, 1800$ from best buy pissed away due to lack of there service. What really sets me off is zero accountability on their part. No apologies. Not even from Josh. Worst experience ever, i wont buy ANYTHING from them ever again. Accountability or even apologizing is all i really needed. Lazy, rude, and arrogant people. Do not EVER order from there.!!!
