How do I check product availability at the Lafayette Best Buy?

Horrible customer service on 11/8/2024. Waited 15 minutes for a promised sales person to answer my questions but no one came. 17 minutes later I walked out of a competitor’s store with my new microwave. Bye-bye Best Buy.

Placed the order 1 pm after 4 hours nothing happened so I went there to see what was the problem, they just told me the order is not ready and there’s nothing we can do, you have to wait. so I canceled a $2000 order.

Went into the store looking for a particular item, which they apparently have hidden somewhere. Staff was non-existent and of no help whatsoever. I hear this store is closing, but I won't be back regardless.
