How do I check product availability at the Lafayette Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. How do I check my order status?

I went to the store to purchase a case for my AirPod pros - referred there by ATT representative who just sold me the pros. I get there and I look around for the case myself. After while I asked someone. He pointed me in a direction, i walked all around the area he had suggested. I couldn’t find them. Eventually I walked back to him and told him i didn’t see them. Another rep was standing next to him and said he doesn’t believe they have them in stock - before I was about to leave the first guy said he believe they have the silicon in stock-
They tried to point me again! I said no show me walk me over there. (I watched reps walk 3 different white men to what they needed in the same area i was in.) when we went to the grab the silicon case - they actually had the case I wanted in stock GO FIGURE!!
As I was purchasing the case i informed the guy on how i felt and told him it made me feel bad
It seemed as if he didn’t even care.
I said ok I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BEST BUY AGAIN- making me second guess cancelling my membership with them and geek squad and my credit card!! I can easily take my business elsewhere cause yall obviously don’t need it!!
