Worst experience i ever had. I purchased a combo washer to this store with installation. They deliver my item with scratch and they dont install it because they dont get the hose to hook it up. I went to the store talked to the manager nicely even my blood boil because of the hassle they gave me. He promised me that someone will be in my house at 5:30 . I waited untill 6 no one call me to update whats going on. I call cs took me 3 hours on hold untill someone pick up the phone and i ended up more frustrated because she told me i need an appointment to do the installation. How frustrating that is. U pay big money on this ordee and they missed up. They gave u hassle . The manager never do his job. I promise i will never buy best buy anymore. Delivery sucks! Customer service sucks! Manager sucks! And all they gave u is gift card compensation woppie. Never again.
Slowest workers! Like I can drive to Indy and back before these workers are done helping me. Ridiculous.

It is a true shame I cannot put 0 stars. Geek squad is highly dishonest and a huge waste of money. Their technicians are liars. They misrepresent coverages and repair options and then bend you 6 ways to Sunday when you ask for what you were told you paid for. This was just my previous experience. Today, Kylie told me my Apple device was “too dirty” to pass hardware inspection and be added to AppleCare+. Funny, because an actual Apple rep at another store who wasn’t a lazy liar lightly completed the diagnostic and signed me up for AppleCare+, then even offered a complimentary cleaning. Drive to Indy for an Apple Store or go to a phone carrier. Whatever you do don’t give a single penny to Best Buy
