It's the best place to go if you need something now and know what you want, besides that what else to expect.
BB is becoming just a storefront. The computer you walk in and see and want to buy you cannot get. Instead, you have to order it online. Therefore skip BB and just order direct from Amazon, it will quicken your time to get your computer.

Just found out they apparently fired their only competent Geek Squad employee, probably so they could hire some teenager who'd work for minimum wage. She was my go-to person for YEARS for anything I couldn't fix myself. Now I don't know where in town I'm going to go, but I do know where I'm never going again. Just a truly stupid, stupid move Best Buy. You should be begging for employees like that.
