I bought an Insignia washer in 2022 and bought the extended service contract because I know appliances don't last anymore. I fully expected I'd have to have it repaired occasionally, because again, everything is garbage now, but I wanted to pay a fixed amount for the coverage rather than have unexpected expenses. It's relatively easy to set up a service call but thanks to the super helpful amazing AI chatbot doing the scheduling, they sent a service person from a company that doesn't work on Insignia washers. He said he thought he knew what the problem was but he could not order parts because again, they don't service Insignia so the parts are not available to order in their system. He said he'd let them know and they'd reach out to me to schedule someone else or total the machine. I called the BB service number later that day because I wanted to keep this moving. The CSR was lovely--and the customer service people are friendly and kind and kudos to them. They can only work with the garbage system they've been given. This person reached out to the repair company and then came back and told me that they actually did order my part and would be in touch to schedule the repair. Great! Except, uh, when? I have a fridge from Lowes and the ice maker hasn't worked properly since I they delivered it in January and they are expecting parts and repair to happen some time in May. I don't want to wait around only to find out that the same thing is true with this washer, so I did a chat with the absolutely worthless AI bot. Then I did a chat with a human who tried to be helpful and ended up being told that they will reach out to me to schedule service. When? Who knows. My friend has a theory that they jerk you around so you'll just give up and buy something new--and I might--but I won't buy it here. The whole point of the extended service contract is convenience but this is wildly inconvenient. I'm buying a Speed Queen. They last 20 years. I have wasted so much time trying to get this washer fixed and in the meantime I'm hauling laundry to the laundromat and paying for that. Not cheap! Insignia is just the Best Buy brand they slap on a whirlpool or maytag, but it makes it harder to get the parts you need. I have no idea if or when anyone is coming to fix this washer and I can't spend any more time trying to chase down answers.

I walked in ready to purchase a laptop. I looked around for a moment I observed salespeople talking amongst each other. No one came to my assistance. I made my selection Google the results for the best laptop for the price paid for it and left the store. Great customer service
