I forgot his name but he worked at this location (Highland, IN), went to another location in Illinois, returned back to Highland. Anyway, he was very nice & personable! Thanks for helping me with my return/exhange.
Tried to return a defective product purchased on 9/24. Customer service rep refused to take it back constantly saying it was “an outside return” and my window to return expired on 9/24. My receipt and My Best Buy app both show returnable until 10/9. Something shady going on here.

My bf and I ordered and paid to have a washer and dryer installed from this location. The 3rd party delivery and installers (there was 3 men) failed to install the dryer correctly; they forced a piece to fit that clearly did not and customer service played the blame game. After installation I left my house assuming the gas smell was from installation but a few hours later my boyfriend came home to a house that reeked of gas. Best Buy failed to take accountability and now we paid for installation for peace of mind but got the opposite. Big L from Best Buy. Would not recommend.
