Best Buy has become an absolute joke. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at the local Mishawaka store and keep getting sent to a call center in who knows where to people who can’t help or speak English. It’s sad to see what was once a great company turn to this type of customer service.

Purchased an Xbox elite controller online for a family member’s Christmas gift. Sister already had one so I drove to mishawaka to return it today. The manager informed me I was ONE day past the return window. I asked if there was any flexibility since it was one day. He said no… unless I pay $50 for some Best Buy + membership and THEN he would allow it. Weird reverse psychology to pull when it was a no. So I declined and definitely won’t be shopping here because 1 day and I get no grace except a $50 penalty? Seems like this location is more concerned about their bottom line than their customers. Meanwhile another employee was practically lying on the customer service desk while getting helped (in uniform) with a device issue by the other customer service employee, neither of whom ever acknowledged my existence.
