Awful experience with getting a car radio installed. I was given bad advice and wasted 3 hours driving to the store for an appointment due to incorrect install ordered through store. The store refused to right the situation and furthermore charged me hundreds more dollars due to their error.

Zoey Cruz, Virtual Design, Premium Solutions, treated me like I was a famous VIP customer. I have an English degree, but I struggle to find the words to adequately describe how well I was treated. I really hope it's true that all your phone calls are recorded for training ourposes because Zoey could teach a Master Class on this. I bought several TVs, one delivered and fully installed,and the other one was for pickup and self install. Things could not have gone smoother. Zoey has earned a customer for life. All of my Ring cameras are first gen, and in need of replacement. Who do you think I will contact for my next purchase?

Price an item and then charge $150 more. Deceptive pricing practices. Priced as in photo, rang up 688. "There is nothing we will do. Pay 688 or go elsewhere" Deal

They wont even honor prices that they physically put on an item. There were two identical laptops priced the same with the electronic tags and they wont honor it
