I love the fact that you can go to a store and see and feel any product before you buy it ,and without having to wait, hank you for that. But please if you are putting a guy at the entrance, be sure he is trained. Is really frustrating when you ask him where is the starlink, and he sent me to the deepest part of the store, and later when you get there, they tell you that the starlink is at the entrance. Come on, be serious, if you don't know, at least say, be honest.
I had a great experience at Best Buy today thanks to Walt. I needed a lap top for college but had no knowledge on them, just preferences. Walt listened to my wants and needs and showed me great lap tops that fit in my budget. Thanks to him I left with a happy purchase.
I purchased a washer and dryer from this garbage company in November 2021. The installers damaged the dryer during installation. They assured me that they would take care of it with a repair or exchange. I even had the text conversations with the installer, as well as the picture of their service team business card that they sent me FROM THEIR TECHNICIAN'S WORK PHONE for following up. They never repaired the dryer. They never replaced it. As a result, the dryer cannot be unstacked and placed side-by-side on pedestals as originally planned. Obviously Best Buy lost out on the sale of TWO washer pedestals we were going to have installed underneath the washer and dryer. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I even have email correspondence from corporate stating that they will not rectify the issue despite TIMESTAMPED photos of the damage that was taken WHILE THE INSTALLERS WERE PRESENT AND BEFORE THEY EVEN CONFIRMED DELIVERY IN THEIR OWN SYSTEM. They CANNOT refute it. And yet somehow, they refuse to fix it, replace it, or rectify it in any way, shape, or form other than a big "screw you" declining any responsibility whatsoever. Don't purchase your appliances (or anything for that matter) from this place. Their installers are unprofessional, they are not considerate of your home or your belongings, and they are too rough with brand new appliances. If I could give zero stars, I would.
