Purchased an Xbox elite controller online for a family member’s Christmas gift. Sister already had one so I drove to mishawaka to return it today. The manager informed me I was ONE day past the return window. I asked if there was any flexibility since it was one day. He said no… unless I pay $50 for some Best Buy + membership and THEN he would allow it. Weird reverse psychology to pull when it was a no. So I declined and definitely won’t be shopping here because 1 day and I get no grace except a $50 penalty? Seems like this location is more concerned about their bottom line than their customers. Meanwhile another employee was practically lying on the customer service desk while getting helped (in uniform) with a device issue by the other customer service employee, neither of whom ever acknowledged my existence.

I had the worst experience of my life here. The employees were kind but did not communicate at all and due to the utter lack of communication I did not receive the services I absolutely needed. It took them 6 hours to back up less than 32 GB of data. If I could give 0 stars I would.
