I bought something online and then it was wrong so I returned it as I was doing my curbside pickup and instead of giving me a return and giving me my money back they charged me a second time for both of the things that I bought and won't refund me, plus management is rude and cant answer simple questions, or give any type of directions on returns because apparently their systems changed in my local store says they can no longer deal with those issues in the store and gave me several resources to how I can handle it but all of the resources he gave let me know where it's been a month and I still haven't got my money back for two items that I don't even have because they were returned. Aweful.

I buy a sound bar and a apple air pods they match the price from Amazon. 2 days later I returned the sound bar super fast process....... tanks best buy I recommend 😀😀

Was suppose to deliver a Fridge today for us. A 1/2 inch of snow, they can't deliver it???? What, we need to wait till spring??? Its Northern Indiana!!! There will be snow!
