I’ve always had good experiences shopping at Best Buy. Whether I’m looking for a new TV, computer accessories, or just a few cables, they usually have what I need. The employees are knowledgeable without being pushy, which I really appreciate. They take the time to answer questions and help you find the right product instead of trying to sell you the most expensive one. The store is clean, well organized, and checkout is always quick. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I need electronics or tech advice

Really bad experience. Tried to buy my daughter prepaid phone. Should have been a simple purchase. It was anything but simple. The phone had problems activating as soon as I got it out of the box. It would call but wouldn't send text. I went back to ask them for help and I was told they don't mess with the activating part and that I should go to the phone carrier or call android. They were happy to take my money but assumed no responsibility after. Id seriously avoid buying phones from here. Never had a problem like this before.
