Has to be the worst Best Buy. I have been in to. Looked things up online says in store. Drive 2 hrs to get to store. Just to be told need to order online to have at store. What's the point of having a store. Some of us hate online shopping. Went to Microcenter. Got my gpu without the headache.

I did a quick trip 9/7 and i walked to the checkout desk. two employees ignored me a couple of minutes. Both employees looked at me and went back to their conversation. The only reason why I didn't give a one was because another employee just passing by pushing a large cart of items helped me. He informed me to go to customer service instead which proves how easily the two employees before could have let me know instead of just standing and side eyeing me.
Wow, Wow! What more can I say?
I went to Best Buy to compare French Door refrigerator’s, and to verify measurements of a few I had previously considered.
Then came William to offer his help. He was carrying a cane and right away stated that he is legally blind and has difficulty hearing out of one ear. But my, what a wealth of knowledge William was. Without Williams’ vast product knowledge, we would have struggled to make a decision. He made it concise and logical.
We told William of the few we had narrowed our search down to, and he offered the pro’s and con’s of each choice. He even showed us an Open Box selection that became a serious contender. In a No Judgement demeanor, he offered logical reasons why each did or did not make sense for us….reaffirming ‘No Judgement’ as the decision was ours and he gave no pressure towards one over the other.
We ultimately purchased an LG French Door refrigerator, delivery is scheduled! Thanks William!
Aidan helped me get a 55in tv into the backseat of my car within minutes. Great service.
