I wouldn’t go to Best Buy for any appliance because their delivery drivers don’t do their jobs right they screwed me over twice I’ll take my business elsewhere

Bought 2 Tvs on black friday, when picking up I was helped by Terrell Jones. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and a huge help to me. As my husband was at work and I shopped alone. Made shopping experience a great one. Took special care in getting my purchase from the back and helping to get it loaded, with the assistance of another worker who's name I did not get.
Helped me fast, IN and out.. great costumer service!
