Bought 2 Tvs on black friday, when picking up I was helped by Terrell Jones. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and a huge help to me. As my husband was at work and I shopped alone. Made shopping experience a great one. Took special care in getting my purchase from the back and helping to get it loaded, with the assistance of another worker who's name I did not get.
Helped me fast, IN and out.. great costumer service!
Went to have my car starter put in.

I was shopping here today but I didn't buy anything because their salesmen wouldn't leave me alone. They said they aren't allowed to leave me alone cause their boss tells them to. So I spoke with management and management was very clear. They don't care one bit that I spend my money elsewhere. It was extremely clear that the attitude of the employees and management is that they don't care at all. They only care that their boss tells them to hound customers. Which is rude and intrusive. Interesting business model. One would think if they could make money off of me by letting me to shop in peace that they would allow it. This occurred just before 12:00 pm on 11/30/25. It's a good thing best buy has so much competition. I have no need to buy from their business ever again.
