I have been to many many best buys in my life.
This one was clean, smelled good, had very kind staff, but also you need to get their attention. Once you got one nd moved on its like everyone wanted to help.
They didnt have some stock that was advertise online in said in stock.
But the computer nd gaming knowledge was on pair. Even if the items that were in stock were confirmed not after arriving. Also the check out /customer service is confusing not clear the old designs were better, nd welcoming instead of confusing not sure if you standing in the correct spot or if their is even a place to start the line. I think the sjoe Chuck might have ruined me. But i aslo want to say. As professional , informed , kind as the staff was. It was also like there was a gloom over every employee in the story. That happyness nd work couldnt happen at the same time. I dont think this was visible to everyone but those that study non verbal cues, or are deep empathic emotionally . I wanted to give hugs when they said they didnt have the lab top i wanted or when i said they couldnt help. Other than to identify the check out.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy. I don’t go in very often unless I need something important for my tech setup, but this visit really stood out. I was greeted by several employees as soon as I walked in, and everyone was genuinely helpful. They took their time to understand what I needed and even went out of their way to look things up to make sure I got the right product.
The adapter they recommended ended up being perfect for my desktop. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for making the process so easy and pleasant.
