Dont purchase anything online unless you have twice the amount in your account!! Bought a PC on the website, received the pc, they received there payment but also have had the same amount on a hold. So, almost 1200 for the pc another 1200 on hold, and all my bills this past week not gotten payed. Will they can about late fees or the grief my wife and ive been thru dealing with there stupidity, nope sure dont. In fact, by the sound of the guy on the other line, he wasnt willing to be any help and probably not even in this country. This WILL BE THE LAST PURCHASE I ever make to this company. Customer service sucks, the people you talk to are barely understandable due to every person you seems to talk to are from other counties. Looks like Staples and offi e depot are my new go to stores, deffinetly not best buy ever again.
