I bought an insignia dishwasher which I believe is Best Buy brand. It failed in one week. Took it back to the store. I got a replacement one week later. It has been not working right either. I have had to take it out and disconnect it several times. Now it doesn’t run at all. I am fine with purchasing anything at Best Buy ever again. Poor quality and sub par service. I will buy a new one someplace else.

I was in the stored on 11/26/25 wanted to trade in my MSI laptop and Matheson assisted me with the entire process and we had an issue with Paypal he was able to think outside of the box to assist me through the best buy app for a smooth check out process. Awesome support from Matheson he deserve a raise! Thank you Best Buy to have employee that really care for your customers I would definitely to continue to go back to this store with exceptional customer service!
