So helpful here. I enjoyed my visit here.
I've been buying a lot of TVs (about 30-35 a year) that we use for our production. Over the past year, they've often been out of stock, so I've had to buy them by mail and have them delivered to my home. In the last few orders, some TVs arrived with broken screens, and I had to go to the store to get them replaced. Today, we unpacked another TV and it turned out to have a broken screen. I took it in for a replacement, but they refused because it had been about six weeks since I ordered it online. Is it my fault that the TV was damaged during shipping? I can't open all the boxes immediately after receiving them because I don't use them for personal use. I brought it to the store sealed. Well, it looks like you've lost a loyal customer, and you'll have to order from Amazon in the future.

Cooper is very knowledgeable and willing to share information. He troubleshoot my backup camera on my Ram and ended up replacing the camera. I was in and out in thirty minutes. Thank you Cooper!
