Best Buy South Bend

Apple didn't have the Macbook I was looking for in stock. Bestbiy had plenty!

Went in on June 10th and purchased a TV which they didn’t have in stock, but could have it shipped for next day delivery by FedEx. Seeing I’m from Kansas I needed it shipped to Wakarusa, IN to be installed in my motorhome. Later that morning I got an email saying it was being shipped to my Kansas address. Called the number listed for the store but got an AI bot and found out you can’t talk to anyone in the store. Had a person tell me they would “work on it” and 5 hours later got an email saying they couldn’t change the address and for me to call FedEx to change the address. Made the call only to be told the shipper, Best Buy, had to make the address change. Called Best Buy again and was told again they would “work on it” but the address didn’t get changed. I’ve asked Customer Service to have a store manager contact me but nobody has called. I feel like Best Buy owes me something for the inconvenience and the time I spent trying to get their mistake corrected.

From when I first walked into Best Buy to the purchase 05/16/2026 was great. Tara told my sister and I about the Memorial Day sale and I am so thankful because I saved so much money. When I came back to purchase my TV, I ended up purchasing a refrigerator as well. WILLIAM gave me all of the details about the fridge as well as the bundle deal as well. DERRICK did amazing as well in helping me get and lock the Television I wanted. Thank you so much for that. TERRISHA also lend WILLIAM an extremely helpful hand. She was super patient, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly amazing. Thank you so much love.❤️ 🖤 Installation went way better and faster than I’ve ever experienced before. Those men were quick, well informed, professional, and all around phenomenal workers. I really appreciate them both delivering my items on Memorial Day. You guys ROCK! Thanks again. I would definitely recommend 10x over 10/10 💪🏾😊
