The customer service at Best Buy is horrendous. I purchased a new Insignia washer in June 25' only to have it break in Oct 25'. There is no way to speak to anyone at the store unless you physically go in. If you call the number they have listed, you're getting transferred to call center in a different country. I did go in and explain my situation to the Store Manager (Chase) but he would not approve a replacement. He had his team send a request to yet another 3rd party call center who "should" be able to help me with a replacement. Surprise, they called and explained that they would not approve a replacement on this unit. They did send a technician to diagnose the issue (broken motor at 4 months?) and will be sending another technician on a different day to replace it. That's the bare minimum they should do, but its done this way so they can save as much money as possible at my expense. I'll be missing 2 days of work to make sure I can be home when the technician arrives. They set it up for anytime between 7am & 7pm and you don't know until the day of when they will actually be there. I'll also be going at least a week without a way to clean clothes, which those of you with a newborn baby know, like me, is a major inconvenience. Safe to say I'll never be making another major appliance purchase from Best Buy in the future and I hope this review persuades you to do the same.
