Great place to shop. Fun 😂😊 to b in the store. The employee's r so helpful & know about the products they sale. 😂😊, we were looking for lights for inside & outside for our 🏠🏡 ohhh yes the staff was very helpful, prices where ok. They didn't kill us !! Lol. We are still standing.
I went in to go and buy a new iPhone. Mine broke last night and I needed one pretty soon. As I went to go and do a payment plan with the Best Buy credit card, I was asking her questions on how to answer for payment on housing if I am a college student. She looked at me and shrugged and said "well, you can't put 0 dollars". I do not have a house payment. While I am grateful for that, she could have directed me on what to put instead of shrugging. I suppose my number was too high and it rejected me. She told me I was denied and that I could come back in 30 days and try again. I think I was most frustrated because she didn't seem like she could help me. Anytime I asked her a question she would say she doesn't know and shrugged. Very unprofessional. If you do not know how to help someone, ask a coworker. It isn't hard. The other staff members were very kind and very helpful. I will consider coming back.

They was very helpful in finding a computer at a good price for me,.. the rep even went above and beyond to order it for me and have it delivered to my house..thank you for your help and service making me a proud customer..
