I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my experience. I brought my PC in because I was having constant crashing and black screen issues while gaming. I ended up spending around $200 on the service, and after troubleshooting, I was told that my GPU had a hardware failure and basically couldn’t be fixed.
What really frustrated me is that after I brought the PC home, a friend was able to fix the issue by going into Registry Editor and increasing the graphics timeout setting. Since making that change, I haven’t had the crashing issue.
I understand that diagnosing PC problems can be difficult, and I know not every issue has an easy answer. But spending $200 and being told I had an unfixable hardware problem, only for the issue to be fixed with a Windows setting, was extremely frustrating.
I’m not trying to bash the employees personally, but I expected more thorough troubleshooting for what I paid. Unfortunately, I left the experience feeling like I spent $200 and was given the wrong diagnosis.

Disappointed in customer service. Waited 15 minutes for assistance in purchasing an Apple Notebook. We will go elsewhere for this purchase.
To be fair, I did receive excellent service with my iPhone screen protector installation.
