How do I check product availability at the Muncie Best Buy?

Bought a new $1200 phone and don't get any type of service for exchanging information from the old phone to the new. The customer service level has declined drastically since the last time we bought phones Best buy use to have the best phone sales and service hands down.

It's been a while since I've been to best.Buy , but years ago I was inundated as soon as I came through the front door with people wanting to know if I needed help. Times have changed. Workers around their phone and could not care less about a customer. Not only myself but other customers I talked to while there.
I won't be back. You didn't have what I needed anyway.
