Usually I get my electronics from here.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Muncie Best Buy.
I walked in simply hoping someone could look up a tablet that had randomly stopped working after only a few months. We purchased it through Best Buy's Verizon desk, so I expected they could at least point us in the right direction. Instead, the employee at the Verizon area immediately cut me off, rudely told me to "go to Geek Squad," and wouldn't even let me explain the problem or ask a single follow-up question.
When we got to Geek Squad, we stood there for about 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us or even making eye contact, despite the store being virtually empty. After finally asking for help, we were told they couldn't even look up the serial number or determine what warranty coverage we had without a scheduled appointment. The earliest available appointment was two hours later—even though I was the only customer waiting.
Looking up a serial number and checking warranty information should not require an appointment in an empty store. The complete lack of customer service, basic courtesy, and willingness to help was frustrating from start to finish.
This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and it certainly didn't inspire confidence in buying future electronics from Best Buy.

Bought an LG refrigerator. Stefan delivered it. Was very professional, careful, and polite. Would give him at least 7 or 8 stars if possible. Great experience.
Went in there because the drain pump went out on my washer and we just needed something now. We’re on a budget since we just bought a house that needs some work in it also. We wanted to get a washer that was either $499 or $599, the $499 one wouldn’t have been delivered until August 21 (today is July 10th) and they don’t keep any of them in stock. It’s also a $40 delivery fee which is fine, but the guy told us if we want to pick it up it takes even longer to deliver than the August 21st date. Which seems like a way of forcing people to pay the delivery fee. We were clearly frustrated with this but apologized to the guy and said we weren’t taking our frustrations on him and knew he just works here and doesn’t make the rules. We said we were gonna leave but might be back, as we were walking away the guy walked over to 4 other employees by the check out and was clearly talking shit as all of them were staring at us and laughing. Obviously not all the Best Buy employees were rude, but the younger ones definitely were, and Best Buy’s way of business is bullshit. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to Lowe’s and they were awesome, look for Arielle!
