Typical Best Buy experience, difficult to find an employee, and they don't usually ask if you need help finding anything. I'm anti social though, so I love it!

Asked for help just got pointed in a direction and they kept right on walking past me after that . Store wasn't even busy me and 1 other person that was being helped by another staff member cashier was helpful with purchase..

Geek squad restored my computer with a different password. Then when you call the location for 2 hours, no one at the location answers and it directs you to a foreign outsourced customer service agent. Would’ve been better off doing it myself at this point. Crazy you cannot contact anyone from inside their store without coming in.
