I went to my account on the the BestBuy website then to my purchases and tried to leave a review on their website but the WRITE A REVIEW button is no where to be found which is very sketchy!! They don't want any bad reviews I guess. I purchased an Insignia™ - 18 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with ENERGY STAR Certification - White from Best Buy 3 years and 2 months ago. It stopped cooling to the required temperature over a week ago. The fridge is at 50 degrees and the freezer was at 23 degrees this morning. I tried finding a repairman to work on it, but they all say they will not touch it and the parts are next to impossible to find. I called Best Buy and they would not help get service for their own product. I know the fridge has made the weirdest noises since I brought it home. I had seen that was a common problem, so I lived with it. It is unbelievable though that it only lasted 3 years. That is horrible!. DO NOT BUY Insignia brand refrigerators as you will not be able to find anyone to work on them and you will be shelling out more money in a few years for a new one.

Changed my phone battery after I had an appointment. Within an hour everything was done. Great job and a lot better than Apple Store in the Crossing they will let you wait for 3-4 hours.

I'm not sure what idiot thought it would be a good idea to make the local number ring the international call center!😡😡😡😡😡 The tech could not speak or understand English. Stated there is no way to call local store. That I would have to go in there. No business from me!
