Got what we needed without hassle
Went to Best Buy and purchased a Samsung 65” tv and a desktop computer, got home to unbox the tv so I could watch the IU football game Rose Bowl , after unpacking the tv I found the power cord was the wrong cord ,it was for European, went to the store 30 minutes drive each way and talked to the manager and he got me the correct cord, and offered me a $10.00 gift card for my troubles, to me this was a slap in the face , very customer service , not sure I will go back.

Didn't have the iPad or the iPad pen we were trying to buy and had to order everything BUT they were super friendly and VERY helpful when placing the order! Great customer service for sure!!
Muncie Store is Fabulous
The Manager is Extremely helpful, The Tech Guys Know their stuff, very Pleased with the service 😀 🇺🇸
