I picked up a phone here that I ordered from Samsung, and they were super helpful. Process was quick and easy, was in and out in minutes.
Would be 5 stars, except I went with the homie and I audibly heard them ask staff to go check on him as a shoplifting concern 😅
Not super impressed with the customer service. Second person to tell me they can't fix my "cheap" computer. Pretty tacky honestly. Maybe they should have said that they couldn't get the parts. It's called tact.
Walked in and asked the first person I saw who happened to be the Verizon representative where I pick up my order, she was rather short with me in pointing out that I go to check out (not visible at the entrance and also not marked. It made me a bit uncomfortable but Best Buy is my go to for good deals on open box electronics so I’ll always go back!
They abuse their electronics. Bought a pair of 90$ earbuds not even 1 week of usage and died out.
Went to store and they wouldn't repair or replace them because it's out of their "15 day store policy".
Won't be coming back, no earbuds or headphones dies within under 1 week usage.
I wonder what else they abuse of their products in the store.
