Don't bother placing a same day delivery, it won't be there, don't call for service they will lie and say it shipped the day after and then email you say they don't have it on hand at the store. So 3 days later still no product

Hit or miss. Probably the worst Best Buy around. If I’m wandering around the tv area for 30 minutes, and no one comes up to me, they obviously don’t care to sell anything. Every other Best Buy I walk into, I am almost immediately asked if I need any help. The Best Buy on Mercantile Blvd is awful. I’ll still buy my 3 TV’s and sound bars I’m in the market for from Best Buy, but not from this one!
