Always buy our electronics from Best Buy. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, which makes deciding on merchandise a breeze. The only complaint I would have, is it does tend to take awhile for any of the employees to come around (ones that aren't busy with customers of course) but once you're finally able to snag one for assistance, it's all smooth sailing.

Can't beat the prices or the product warranties. If you are Best buy total rewards member. Highly recommend. Great staff! Great! People always will go out of their way to help you and find the right product for you. They even will recommend try and open box geek squad certified comes the same warranty and everything. If you use electronics which who doesn't highly recommend their services, total rewards pays for itself easily. Thanks. Best, buy!!! Not a fan of their credit card, however, just personal opinion!

I had originally pre-ordered an Oura Ring 5 directly from Oura and was expecting it to arrive around June 5. When I checked the order status, it was still stuck in “waiting for shipment,” and I was getting pretty frustrated.
Before canceling my order, I decided to check Best Buy and Target to see if anyone happened to have the exact ring and size I wanted - in stock. To my surprise, my local Best Buy had one left. Even better, they offered me a $70 trade-in for my Oura Ring 4, which was a better deal than I would have received through Oura.
At almost midnight on a Friday, I placed my order online, completed the trade-in information, and by the next day I received a text letting me know it was ready for pickup.
The pickup experience was fantastic. I checked in ahead of time, went to Customer Pickup, and was helped by a friendly associate whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. He scanned my codes, retrieved the ring, verified my ID, processed the trade-in, and had everything completed in just a few minutes. Even with a couple of customers ahead of me, I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
What started as a frustrating experience with another retailer turned into an incredibly smooth transaction. Being able to find exactly what I wanted, pick it up the next day, and save $70 through the trade-in program was a huge win.
Thank you, Best Buy Noblesville, for making the entire process easy from start to finish. I’m one very happy customer and absolutely love my new Oura Ring 5!
