I went to buy a camera which happened to be on sale when I got there. I was very happy with this Best Buy location in Noblesville, IN. The employees were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I specifically scheduled a hardware repair online for my laptop due to it having keyboard problems. When I got there, Geek Squad would not recognize that I came in for repair and said they couldn’t do any of that for me, they could only diagnose the issue. They’d have to keep it for a few days until their diagnosis person was there. I paid $99.99 for that inspection, went home just to be called immediately as I returned home and be told that they couldn’t figure anything out, so I got no help or even clues other than “maybe it’s a hardware issue.”
Worst of all, I received my laptop back in worse condition than it was in prior to them handling it. No physical damage on the outside, but the issue I was having with my keyboard occasionally not working has now turned into it totally failing, and my screen flashes black when I sign in, something that has never happened before. I don’t know what they did to it during their tests as none of that detail was written on paper, so I don’t know what other tests to look for to find and fix the problem, and now I have more problems to figure out and pay for thanks to Geek Squad.

Never received the item for pickup. The store never called me to relay that the item was out of stock and that it would not ever be ready for pickup.
