The installer did a great job installing 4 new speakers in my car. Do tell your manager that the Verizon guy needs to go out and buy some manners. It stinks to say 'hello' to someone when you enter the store, and all you get is a stare.

Zero stars for Best Buy.... When an order arrives in broken packaging, with the contents (digital storage media) scattered, Best Buy Richmond DID NOT honor their statement "We stand behind our Marketplace Sellers and products and are committed to making sure you’re happy with every purchase." "Caveat Emptor" for sure. IF I were to spend another dime with Best Buy, I would ensure that my purchases were not handled via third party Marketplace interlopers. Buying local is the true best buy. Local vendors that live, work and contribute back to their community are where the bast buys are made. They value their reputation. Best Buy could care less.

Ordered a Viper remote car start from Best Buy. Went to schedule to have it installed and had to go thru hopes to get it scheduled which was 20 miles away since the one 5 miles away in Beavercreek is backed up 2 months. We arrive on time to the appointment, had to set up transportation but we got there 10 minutes early. Back door was locked. Went around front, ran into asking if we needed help. So he said he would go back and tell the installer we were there. He did not seem like he wanted us to follow him but we did. Now we have to pulled car back around to the back, again. We go in, the tech Rob Gonzo, asked us if we had a t-harness. Nope. He then got the MOD to credit us for that part as it was their fault. So we get that out of the way and then, after set up transportation, dealing with their useless scheduling system multiple time to get this installed out of town finally the tech Rob Gonzo tells us Viper is not what they used to be and continues to tell us just last week a customer could not get his doors unlocked and the key fobs would not do anything. HE suggested a different brand if it was him. That brand is not in stock. Number 1, I'm not installing something I bought from best buy for best buy to tell me it is not safe and expect problems. Ok spoke to JT at service desk. He explained yes sorry but this happens all the time and acted like we should just expect that. He said corporate is to blame because best buy will not let you speak to the installers to schedule. If they had been allowed to speak to customers ,the installer's may have advised us to not buy Viper products. Ok problem solved then. Best buy,,, you will never ever get one penny from me or my family ever again. I will let everyone know how bad best buy runs their show.
