His professionalism made a potentially frustrating situation feel easy.

I would actually give a no star if given the option. Why have a phone number for the Richmond Indiana Store because it directs the call to someone else. I told the person I did get directed to I would like to speak to the Manager of that store and I was told that you can't talk to anybody in that store. Talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....AT ITS FINEST. This just adds to an already existing situation.
The DIMM slots on my motherboard shorted out and I needed a new board ASAP. They had it immediately. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back there for any PC needs!
