Responded to open box sale item on line. Advertisement suggested the item was excellent condition. The microwave was advertised as black stainless steel. Opened the box and found no instructions or templates for installation. Opened the microwave and it was used with food spattered all over the inside. After a 6+ hour round trip we are very disappointed.

Geek squad refused to help by generating a "refusal to service under warranty because of defect" slip for my 19 yr old daughter who purchased her laptop there in October. It was damaged in our home and its a very expensive item so our homeowners insurance insists that we get documentation of what our warranty covers. The 2 guys at geek squad tried to hand us brochures and when I tried to explain what I needed they told me "sir there are certain ways you can resoond"? What is that? Simply put if your not paying there not helping and unnecessarily rude for being so quick to get rid of people.
