Took an hour to get our food
Ordered a NEW pair of galaxy buds 3 pro from Samsungs website for pickup at bestbuy when I picked up my order I noticed a sticker under the pickup one and they were already open, they gave me an open box pair when I ordered new ones and on top of it all they were missing the ear pieces. I did not pay for a used open box pair and they knowingly put the pickup sticker over the openbox sticker then proceed to tell me they didn't know they were open box.

Parker is the associate you should go see if you need help. He’s polite, upfront and honest when giving advice and has common sense when it comes to how to do what’s in the customers best interest. To top it off, when the transaction was over, he shook both our hands and said thank you. Wish I had a position I could hire him where I work.

We went in for a tv and felt that we were pushed so hard to buy the most expensive one.. felt as if they just wanted to make a good sale! Smh..
