0 STARS!!!! 0 STARS!!!!! I’m a total member with Best Buy and have spent thousands with Best Buy! Recently I had a PC problem and took my computer to geek squad…. I was assisted by JESSE HARRIS AND JOSH SHAW!!! They told me my PC was “fixed”. I was even talked to about a getting a better part for it (which I purchased). I returned home and plugged it in after spending $150 dollars and it’s still not working…. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NO WORK TO MY PC!!!!

I pay for the geek protection plan, so I can get a replacement And they're not willing to replace it. They say they have to send it off to be repaired and now my autistic son that's nonverbal, has no communication device? This is the worst Best Buy I've ever been to. Their customer service is Terrible, I spend thousands of dollars at Best Buy. And I will never go to the best buy in richmond again

Today, the salespeople were not knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I came in my work clothes to buy a $500 watch and active like, I couldn't afford it. They didn't have problem taking my twelve hundred dollars a couple months ago on a t v.
