Worst experience ever.....Go there to get a refrigerator eighteen days ago. Won't get cold . Call them, two weeks later have the technician came out. Couldn't find my house. (As I was outside and watch them drove by )so they scheduled another appointment 2 more weeks out . Yesterday 5-11-26 technician came out told us it's the wire harness .... call best buy to get it replaced and want us to pay a thousand more dollars to get another one same model .... told them come and get it and get our money back so we can go somewhere else with better company service and the junk refrigerator still hear WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Bought Ram that didn’t work out of the box and they wouldn’t return the product because it had been past 15 days. Then they said if I paid them 50 dollars then they could return it. This place is a joke.

They only care about the sale and upselling you. Don't be fooled do your research before you come to buy a product and keep your reciept, Florida's bestbuy is just as bad if your smart go anywhere else then any bestbuy.
If they were as diligent as they are about replying to people's reviews maybe the store would be better.
