3 & 1/2 stars. Every one was very nice, but the appliance they had listed as "out of box" and that I almost bought on-line but wanted to go and really check out, had been sold in June of '24 by someone who didn't know exactly what they were doing. So long trip just for a round trip, scenic drive. And they didn't offer me any discount for their error. But they looked & looked until they figured it out.
