Had Weebroot internet security through Best Buy free for 6 months, subscription ended and tried to purchase a years worth through the app after it ended. They took my money and I never get my subscription renewed. When I called they said they would refund my money on the FREE 6 months, which equals to a 0 dollar refund. They won’t give me my 53 dollars for the years worth that I paid for. Don’t ever get their internet security package.

The Verizon team at Best Buy got my phone back to normal as I was camping 7 miles away and not sure what had happened to it.Im extremely grateful
Store was clean. Mostly younger adults working and it was hard to find someone that wanted to help instead of scrolling on their phone. The lady that ended up helping was more concerned about her Facebook feed than answering my questions. I bought what I needed and left.
