Was there for a screen protector replacement and the guy (not wearing a name tag) behind the cell phone area was eating and drinking and talked to me with his mouthful of food. I asked “Sorry are you on your lunch?” And he said no without swallowing his food. He then looked for the screen protector and said there weren’t any in stock so my ONLY option was to give him mine. Go without it for a week while they order it because of the agreement. I said absolutely not. I asked for a manager and Seth came over and said “that’s all we can do” I said “can you let me know when they come in like a customer service call?” And they laughed like that was an outrageous concept. I then said “can you look and see when you will get them” and he spooked up the shipment and said “tomorrow”
How is it that that they are trying to make people think they have to forfeit their screen protector as the only resolution? They need to just close this location!

I went in looking for a printer. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing that bothered me is I have a broken ankle and the sales clerk didn't offer to carry the printer to my car for me.
