Average product availability. Worthless customer service. And zero availability via telephone. This is the Terre Haute of electronics stores. Do better or greet customers with "We're Sorry!" instead of "Welcome!"

I hope you never need an appliance serviced by Best Buy. I called and made a service appointment 1 week ago because our refrigerator stopped working. They set the date for 12/16/25 from 7 am to 7 pm. Late at night on 12/15/25 I received a phone call from a guy that I literally couldn't understand. The only word I picked up on was "Appointment" which I thought he was verifying for 12/16. That was not the case, he was calling I guess to tell me they cancelled the appointment. I tried several times to contact some type of management on their generic line. I was always told that they would have someone call me back (Case # 368132830). That never happened. All of their calls go outside of the USA. There are no service call centers in the USA. Now they say it will be another week until service can come to the house. Be aware you have to pay up front for this appointment. While my food sets in coolers wasting away. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY EVER!!!!! Them not having service numbers in the US sealed the deal for me. I'm done doing business with Best Buy. *I reached on on X but as usual there is no response*. Just like the repair of my fridge! UPDATE: Lied to the whole time by Best Buy Service, there never was a service person to service my refrigerator in our area! Would have been really nice if that was told to me up front. AGAIN: DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY!!! IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA THEY DO NOT EMPLOY UNITED STATES CITIZENS ON THEIR CALL LINES EITHER! ALL CALLS ARE ROUTED OUTSIDE OF THE USA!!!!!
