Ordered an Apple Watch Series 10 from Best Buy. In the box was a used Series 3. Support told me they would document it internally, and that I could take it to the nearest store to get a refund or exchange. The Terre Haute store accused me of fraud and would not help. Over a month later I am still dealing with Best Buy support and the police to get a refund or replacement.
