Went in for an I pad for school, employees asked me what I was looking for I told them and they said okay, and turned around and started talking again. Wandered to the area where I thought they'd be and a gentleman named Josiah pointed me to where I needed to be, stood with me and gave me the best advice on what to buy and took care of my experience wholeheartedly. I value that more than my purchase... Made my day honestly. Thank you sir if you're reading this.

The manager is very sexist refused to assist… refused to let me finish a sentence!!! And then resorted to the whole line. I’m yelling at you. He was the one who was yelling at me! Zero coping skills -10 for customer service.

Okay I guess, but it's still too hard to buy things. I'd like to see some sort of portal or process where I can just check off the features. I want a particular item to have. Such as I was looking for a laptop with certain features and I want to filter out all the other ones. The online filter is very limited such as if I wanted to find a laptop that had a 16-in screen or larger with user swappable memory and hard drive slots and a fingerprint reader and a two-in-1 design. It doesn't allow me to do that and the salesperson have very limited knowledge of their actual on floor stock and they usually just end up going and looking online which I can do anyway. Prices appear to be acceptable. Just lightly higher like maybe 5% higher Jan buying online but it would be easily justifiable because they have it in stock. Looks like I'll have to do a lot for research on my own. And narrow down what I want and then return to them. Or maybe just get it online.
