Store was clean. Mostly younger adults working and it was hard to find someone that wanted to help instead of scrolling on their phone. The lady that ended up helping was more concerned about her Facebook feed than answering my questions. I bought what I needed and left.

I brought my laptop and printer/scanner in for minor problems. Printer stuck in que and scanner not scanning ledgibly. I was told he couldn't help me because I wasn't on my network. That didn't sound right to me. Is that what they tell everyone?!! He left a window open for me. Well, I didn't know what to do with that. I am not a computer person! That's why I took it to The Geek Squad! Then, I went to the printer app and was unable to figure out what he said to do to clean the scanner! Feeling very frustrated and upset by now. He had told me if I couldn't fix it someone would have to come out. Well, that sounded expensive. So, I called the store. The lady in laptop dept gave me the remote number. They got my printer unstuck out of que. Now it won't print black, just color! Same way with the scanner! Best Buy said I had ink. I could see that on my printer. They told me I had to call HP, that it is a software problem. Good grief!
