I bought 2 phones there and lost my old phone and tried to call back and see if I left it at the Terre Haute store and couldn't get them on the phone. Whoever I talked to said the only way to talk to them is to go to the store and we live 1-1/2 hours away. Very exasperating. The woman I talked to said there was no way except to go to the store. Surely they have phones there?

I knew what I wanted when I went in. Got 18 months same as cash. Ordered the refrigerator and set a date for delivery. Elijah was knowledgeable and polite. Delivery will be in 2 weeks.

I went into the store to speak with the geek squad and was waiting for me turn, once I was in there they did nothing and while I was trying to show them what was the matter with my phone? They started to proceed to the next customer to top it off. I even had a membership that was the best plan.
And at that particular one was a waste of money. I had to go elsewhere and figure it out myself
