Best Buy Valparaiso

I bought a DJI Mic Mini here and couldn't get it to connect to my phone. After more than an hour of trying on my own, I brought it back to the store for help, and nobody there knew how it worked or how to set it up. If you sell complicated electronics, your staff should understand them well enough to help customers get them working. It was a frustrating waste of time, and I left with no help at all.

Needed two specialized cables to connect a smartphone/laptop/etc. to an HDMI port on a TV or a computer monitor. Unusual, I think! They had them both (one recharges your phone), plus some good dialog about how best to use them. As usual, Best Buy met my needs... plus!

Very helpful, even though they did not have the product I needed. Honestly, from the time I walked through their doors, they were professional.
