Do not purchase any appliances from these people. My wife and I spent over an hour in there trying to pick out a refrigerator. Finally we picked a refrigerator and they asked us when we'd like the delivery. They told us that Saturday the 27th is available. We took that date just to find out they rescheduled for the following Saturday without letting us know. The only way I noticed it is by going on their website and noticing the dates had changed. They did not give me an explanation on why it changed. Getting a hold of somebody is like pulling teeth. Definitely not worth it. I could have bought a refrigerator from a smaller company where you actually get to speak with the people that you meet in the company. I'm constantly getting hung up on and rerouted to somebody that knows nothing about what's going on. I've purchased a TV, a dishwasher and now a refrigerator from there. We were going to purchase a stove also but now I am not doing that. It's not worth it.

This Best Buy was like most. Very welcoming, friendly, and clean.
Had a return no hassle in and out in no time
Do not waste money buying a warranty with them. Our less than 2 year old refridgerator stopped working in early January and we called them to repair it. It was a repeated cycle of waiting for technicians to be available, repairs that didn't change anything and after 5 visits sometimes weeks apart and hundreds of dollars of spoiled groceries and 2 months later, they still refused to replace our refridgerator or even loan us a working one while they figured out the repairs.
