Ridiculously impossible to call a “pretend” local number and spend meaningless conversation with a “Bot”.
No wonder everyone just shops on Amazon
Waste of time, they never have what you need and their delivery and pickup are super slow and inaccurate. This is a dying business, just order off Amazon. don’t know what to buy? Spend some time googling it on some forums.

I waited over a half hour for curbside pickup. I ended up having to go into the store to pick up my TV that I ordered online the day prior. No other customers were picking up curbside at the same time. I was there either.

My fiancé and I arrived at 6:05 am on Black Friday. We already knew what we wanted and by 6:20 had selected our items and moved to checkout. After being bounced to different sections to find a computer that staff could work from, we waited for another 40 minutes while different members of the staff were called to the register to try and complete our transaction. It was horrible. And to make things worse, someone had stretched out these stupid rope dividers that made me have to walk double the distance to get anywhere. Very poorly thought out execution, poorly trained staff, and not enough staff at the store to accommodate the increased volume. I guess I’m using Amazon from now on.
