Took 2 employees 20 minutes to find a key for a case. Did not feel welcomed at all. First employee said they'd help me in a bit since they were helping with somthing else. Waitied around 20 minutes to just find another employee who found someone with the key to said case.

Great place with great service
So I don't usually shop at Best buy, mainly cuz I don't buy a lot of electronic type stuff, but I needed a video camera to place outside my apartment door and figured I'd take a chance with the hope that they might also be able to tell me how to hook it up. The guy that I bought it from told me that all I had to do was download the app and connect the app to the camera and then it would work. So I went home, downloaded the app, and of course found that I needed something called a Sync Modulator to get my camera to work. Now why the guy at Best buy didn't bother to mention that I would need this Sync Modulator I don't know but now I have to go back to Best buy and either buy this item by itself or just return the camera and go somewhere else where hopefully they can not only explain to me how to hook up one of their cameras but will also make sure I have everything I need for it before I leave the store. I think I'll go with the second choice.
