Shady when it comes to phones. Barley carries unlocked and forces you to give access to carrier account to get a device tied to the carrier. Also, doesn't not give proper full disclosure on how to proccess trade ins after leaving. If the system already accepted trade in and generated a shipping lable the trade in HAS to go to FedEx or UPS the carrier cant accept it as its already proccessed and you need to get a receipt for proof. Dropping the label and phone off at a carrier store doesn't give you a receipt to prove you traded it in. Without proof if someone stole it from the store or from the mail carrier...etc you have no proof they even received it and it would be on you for the full financial responsibility of the new device loosing promotions. Buyers beware!

I recently visited my local Best Buy and had the absolute best shopping experience I've ever had there—all thanks to the new manager, Tyler. From the moment I walked in with a complicated computer issue, Tyler personally stepped in to help. He's not only an incredibly kind and approachable person but also one of the smartest computer experts we've ever encountered! Tyler took the time to listen patiently to our problems, explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms (no tech jargon overload!), and went above and beyond to find the perfect solution. His knowledge of computers, software, and hardware is truly impressive—he diagnosed the issue quickly, recommended the ideal upgrades, and even shared some pro tips that saved us time and money. It's rare to meet someone so genuinely passionate about technology and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The whole store felt energized and well-run under his leadership, with staff who were friendly and efficient. Tyler is a standout leader and a true asset to Best Buy. If you're shopping for anything tech-related, ask for Tyler—you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend this location now more than ever. 10/10!

Frustrated with Store Managers for their lack of communication and customer service in resolving my issue. The other staff Eddie & Kenny did their jobs well. Purchased new tv and paid for installation by Geek Squad. Delivery went smoothly BUT tech left without testing appearance. Color and contrast was way off! The Netfix N was pink. I called customer support troubleshooting manufacturer settings. Color is still off. Went back to Store on 12/6 and Manager promised to have tech come back out. Shared contact info but never received a call, email or text! Returned to store 12/13 and frankly the team seems clueless on how to handle this situation. It’s pretty simple- JUST TAKE CARE OF YHE CUSTOMER! I Ket credit card company know not to pay due to unresolved issues.
