Purchased Microsoft surface 2/14/2026. Bought customer care package to include transfer from previous unit. Substantial failure to transfer critical apps, including HP print, Dropbox. Don't often leave negative reviews, but this team earned it.
They did not have what I wanted.
Shady when it comes to phones. Barley carries unlocked and forces you to give access to carrier account to get a device tied to the carrier. Also, doesn't not give proper full disclosure on how to proccess trade ins after leaving.
If the system already accepted trade in and generated a shipping lable the trade in HAS to go to FedEx or UPS the carrier cant accept it as its already proccessed and you need to get a receipt for proof. Dropping the label and phone off at a carrier store doesn't give you a receipt to prove you traded it in.
Without proof if someone stole it from the store or from the mail carrier...etc you have no proof they even received it and it would be on you for the full financial responsibility of the new device loosing promotions.
Buyers beware!
