Buyer beware! My washer, which is covered under a protection plan from Geek Squad, has been inoperable for almost a month. Last week, the evening before, Geek Squad's third-party repair company canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances". This appointment was rescheduled for 8 days later, for the third-party to arrive between 7a-7p. The day of (today), Best Buy called at noon to let me know that the repair was not going to occur because their third-party had "unforeseen circumstances" and the best that they could offer was a rescheduled appointment. Each time, I have moved appointments to accommodate. There is ZERO accountability for their third-party repair companies. Steer clear of the trap of their Geek Squad services. At this point, I could have found someone to service my washer quicker, but I paid money for this useless warranty. RIDICULOUS.

Mr. Reed It’s always so personable and very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy shopping at this Best Buy and it makes me happy whenever I see that he’s working because I know that I’ll have an answer for whatever question I might have, I also wanted to say thank you to Mr. Mike the stereo alarm installer. He really helped me out, but I need help with this drive cam. Thanks again Best Buy for having great People at your store.

The front desk team member greeted me, listened to what I was looking for and referred me to Zak who took the time to help me research what adapters would work with my computer and even did some extra searching to find the most affordable option for me!
