Description: I was SO discouraged!! Purchased a "Ring" doorbell ...looking fwd to the fun of seeing visitors at the front door and responding even when not at home. THEN ... "discovered" that there was a ...hitch! Our wifi "strength" was not sufficient to let the doorbell operate as it should ... Useless as it was ... SO, purchased the NETGEAR AX1600 WiFi 6 Mesh Extender (EAX12) to solve the issue...then, however, saw that installing the device might be beyond my "tech device" abilities. I contacted Netgear Customer Service and was SO grateful for the EXCELLENT, patient, knowledgeable and courteous assistance I received!! The device was installed and NOW my Ring doorbell is working perfectly! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I pre-ordered a game and figured it would be no big deal picking up the physical copy on release day. The pre-order came with a couple of digital freebies which added a little extra value.
Well when I went to pick it up, they said it wasn't "ready" and that they still needed to "pick" it. The game was right in front of me. The only thing they recommended was cancelling my order and buying it again at the counter. Thus forfeiting any digital extras that came along with the pre-order.
This wasn't a huge deal as they instructed me to call and explain the situation and it would be taken care of. So after 30 minutes on the phone, they explained to me that there was nothing they could do and I wasn't going to be getting the the digital extras DESPITE actually pre-ordering the game.
What an awful system. I don't even know who to blame. The obviously subpar pre-order system or the employees for not figuring out how to fill an order that's right in front of them.
