So glad that this Best Buy is still around. Every time I’ve gone in here I’ve found the staff to be helpful, kind, and trustworthy. These folks answer questions patiently and everyone works together to help out! Today I went into Best Buy looking for a specific item I’d first sought out at WMart (don’t do it). Within a *minute* of asking for help from Yaya in the headphones section, I realized he was a very knowledgeable and keen staff member who was ready to genuinely assist me. Yaya promptly helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He talked with me to narrow down the best available options, providing both professional and user-informed insights. He answered all my questions and helped me feel confident in my final decision. Another staff member, Adam, also made himself available to provide additional insight and assistance! This team worked together to provide an awesome experience for me here, and I am thrilled with my purchase! Shout out to the helpful staff member who rang my purchase up, too — sorry I didn’t remember your name! Appreciate your patience and assistance, man!

Have had multiple positive experience shopping at the Lawrence location. One of the manages even gave me a deal on a device’s warranty just for being nice. Also, had a tv devileres with no issues.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Manager Adam, Fisher, and two wonderful team members (a lovely lady and a gentleman whose names I dynamic, unfortunately missed) at this Best Buy location! I was shopping here today and received fantastic help from the staff. However, after leaving, I realized I had accidentally left my phone inside the store. It was my first time losing my phone, and I was panicking—especially since it was already approaching the 9:00 PM closing time. I rushed back and arrived around 9:15 PM. To my complete relief and amazement, all four of them were still waiting inside for me! Not only did they safely keep my phone, but they had also kindly charged it for me. Words cannot fully express how deeply appreciative I am for their kindness, patience, and extraordinary customer service. Because of Adam, Fisher, and the team, I am now officially a lifetime loyal customer of Best Buy. Thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
