Frustrated with Store Managers for their lack of communication and customer service in resolving my issue. The other staff Eddie & Kenny did their jobs well. Purchased new tv and paid for installation by Geek Squad. Delivery went smoothly BUT tech left without testing appearance. Color and contrast was way off! The Netfix N was pink. I called customer support troubleshooting manufacturer settings. Color is still off. Went back to Store on 12/6 and Manager promised to have tech come back out. Shared contact info but never received a call, email or text! Returned to store 12/13 and frankly the team seems clueless on how to handle this situation. It’s pretty simple- JUST TAKE CARE OF YHE CUSTOMER! I Ket credit card company know not to pay due to unresolved issues.

Terrible AI customer support. The AI wants nothing but to shunt you off to an out of country call center. I just need to ask if they have something available in the store.

Waste of time, they never have what you need and their delivery and pickup are super slow and inaccurate. This is a dying business, just order off Amazon. don’t know what to buy? Spend some time googling it on some forums.
