Black Friday. We came in from Kansas City with a brand new defective laptop for exchange. My partner was in crutches and a kind young man at the front door offered to watch them as we got a wheelchair. When exchanging the laptop (brand new, defective fan) we were helped by a wonderful gentleman in the back who took great care of us, and allowed us to test out the new laptop before we left, clearing a space on a display table. If we lived in Lawrence, we would be coming to this Best Buy for our every need. Heck, we still might. Thanks, y'all!

Electronics are their game
I love the product. But putting their extra insurance on a product is not worth it. Sometimes you just get bad electronics and if you have to take that product back within the month. Your insurance goes with it, and they want you to repurchase it with your replacement. That's crap......
