I bought a PC case from this best buy. I have not had any issues with this store just I bought this case. I asked the associates about the case and they told me that it had everything in it that was in the picture except the motherboard, AIO, GPU, Power source, Bascially just the fans which I was ok with. My fiance bought the case for me and we drove 45 minutes home just to find out that it did not include all the fans like they said and they were not ARGB fans. I contacted customer service and they told me that there is nothing that they could do. Just make sure you ask them to prove that it comes with the items they say.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, it's impossible to get anybody on the phone at the actual store. Will constantly sell you things that won't work with your vehicle and then basically jerk you around about getting your money back. Complete waste of time. Avoid the store at all costs for anything to do with your car.
