Jon was awesome helping me buy a MacBook. He knew everything there was and more. He was nice pleasant and easy to talk to. If anyone needs questions about computers or anything he is your guy!
I want to give a shout out to frank the Verizon rep! Super cool guy. Hooked me up with my phone and helped me so much. Very knowledgeable and sweet!
I do want to say though the WiFi at Best Buy is horrible. You should really do something about it because it took forever for my data to transfer when getting a new phone. Even though I didn’t mind being there for a long time cuz frank was cool and talked to me the whole time I’m sure the internet speed would be frustrating for other costumers. Best Buy please fix that!!
Other than that Jon and Frank(Verizon rep) were awesome and outstanding!!!
Went to buy a pricey controller and asked an employee a question. They spoke so fast and used so much technical jargon it felt like they were speaking a completely different language. I didn’t understand a word. The only thing I caught was “just buy it and try it for a few days,” which honestly pissed me off. I’m not dropping $200 on a gamble and then stressing about remembering to return it if it doesn’t work out.
When I asked them to explain again, they got visibly annoyed, repeated the same confusing nonsense, and then started walking away. Completely unhelpful and frustrating. Will not be coming back.

Very help as soon as I enter. Found what I needed really quick.
Horrible experience. Bought and paid for tv and scheduled delivery and install. I scheduled with the install because that made it 2 days sooner for some reason. Called twice on scheduled day and was told it would be there between 7-7. Never arrived, a whole day wasted. You can get better delivery and service from Nebraska Furniture Mart 2 hours away.
