Got exactly what I went in for with the help of an associate. Got the tech advice I needed and was on my way in pretty short order.
Typical big box store. Employees are somewhat knowledgeable, but could not answer my main question, and the demo tvs are limited in showing capabilities, so I left to go elsewhere

Jesus, the manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I had a dispute and calling the number on the back of the BestBuy credit card did not help. In fact, it left me defeated and feeling cheated. Jesus was creative and helpful. I left feeling more than made whole. Geranium was also helpful. He was patient, happy to help and genuinely eager to help.
Takes forever to get someone to help you here. 😖😕
