Bought a TV that was open box but in excellent condition according to website description took it out at home (40min drive) and was missing tv mount screws and frame was coming off TV at the top. Chat with support and they wouldn't send some one to pick it up or replace it so had to drive back another 40min to get a brand new one that was about $30 more in price. So I was out in gas money and lost money in the tv saved originally.

I have to say tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. I went in looking for a specific item and it happened to have a sale tag on it because it was open box. It didn’t ring up the sale price and they claimed someone mislabeled it and wouldn’t honor the price of the tag on the item. Manager was extremely rude and said there was nothing they could do for me with a snarky attitude
