I went into to return my graphics card as it was not working like it was suppose to do. The person helping me asked if we were going to get a different product and I told him yes. I went back to look and then came back to the front and asked him if he could order this item for me. He told me that he could not order it and that it will be a long time before they get the item back in store. I just went on to the website and was able to order the product if I want to and have it to my house or to the store by friday. They are not wanting to help the customers at all.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, it's impossible to get anybody on the phone at the actual store. Will constantly sell you things that won't work with your vehicle and then basically jerk you around about getting your money back. Complete waste of time. Avoid the store at all costs for anything to do with your car.
