I bought this screen protector from Best Buy and still have the receipt. It was sold as having a lifetime replacement/warranty, but when I came back, I was told to contact ZAGG myself. I expected clearer support from the store where I purchased it. Very disappointing experience.

Very knowlegeable staff. Was able to get just what my grandson desired in a laptop. We walked away satisfied with the item and the price we paid.
