Best Buy has setup an AI agent and will not connect you to the store. When buying something from Magnolia or major purchases the only customer service center has no way of seeing your information and clearly has no clue how Best Buy operates. Infuriating service for a major purchase.
I write a review about you setting up systems to prevent people from reaching humans and you tell me to message via a method you have messaging turned off. Pure genius Best Buy.

I visited the store with my son to purchase a high-end gaming keyboard. Another local retailer had the exact same keyboard priced $10 lower. I had already visited that store and even provided a photo showing the lower in-store price, but Best Buy would not match it because the lower price was not displayed on the competitor's website.What I found frustrating is that Best Buy would not match a competitor's in-store price while I was standing in a Best Buy store ready to make the purchase. My son had Best Buy gift cards he wanted to use, so I went ahead and bought the keyboard to avoid disappointing him.While $10 may not seem like much, the experience left me feeling that my business was not valued. Combined with the fact that the competing retailer also offers a longer return policy, this interaction has made me reconsider how often I'll shop at Best Buy in the future.Overall, I completed the purchase for my son's sake, but I left disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer service over such a small price difference.
