Geek Squad staff Sean is the best, who is not only very knowledgeable, but helpful, efficient, and patient. I bought a laptop recently when the motherboard of my 7-8 years old one went dead. Thank God the hard drive survived. I picked up a new one in 20 minutes and in less than a day, it was ready for picking up. I waited for one more day, yesterday, to pick it up.
I will see him again tomorrow afternoon to finish up some programs so that I can happily visit my own city back East.
What a happy camper I am!!

Literally been standing here waiting for somebody to come unlock a cabinet as I sit here and watch less than 10 people in the store and seven guys literally standing around the front, all employees. Talking to each other and yet I'm standing here waiting on one of them to get their lazy butts over here to unlock the cabinet

Went in for a macbook case and alot of the cases were already opened. I personally wouldn't purchase something already opened and tampered with.
