I ordered a Sonos Arc open box online and used curbside pick up to get the order when I got it home. It was the wrong color. but of course, when I go to take it back, they don’t have anymore in store Open box or New this store or any other store in Kansas But the manager Dom was very helpful. He did everything in his power to make sure I left their satisfied he ordered me a brand new Arc and had it sent to my house and gave me a great discount on a brand new item without any hassle!!! Great service !!

The manager is exceptionally decisive. I bought my most recent laptop computer there. I was happy Best Buy was still in the Northland. The Geek Squad is not at this location but the asked people were helpful with an issue I was having.
I spent more time waiting for a staff member to show themselves than I did standing in line to check out. I've been in there twice and each time I've needed help locating so.ething and it took a while be cause 4 of them were behind the registers but when it came time to check out there was one person at a register with a line of 7 people or more.

My work trip hit a snag when I realized I'd left my laptop charger in Tulsa. Thankfully, Best Buy's initial welcome quickly turned into a frustrating search. Despite a staff member's dismissive attitude from Adam K, Joel stepped up. He personally guided me to the chargers and even offered to check me out, bypassing the long lines. Joel's proactive help saved my workday. Best Buy should recognize his exceptional service and promote him before someone else does.
