Worst service ever I got they are allowing a person from third party but they are not taking care for a customers regarding that.. I ordered my phone through AT&T from Best Buy.. I payed all amount for my phone but the person who was from AT&T at Best Buy scammed me and I told to the manager they said they can’t do anything … if you guys can’t do anything why are you allowing them to sell a phone from Best Buy ?? I’ve asked for the receipt they said they can’t give they need a person from AT&T ….

Worst customer service. We have been waiting for 30mins to buy air pods and no one was responding. While I am asking about to show the product to purchase there are giving rude answer and saying if you want to buy the product you can buy in another store. These are all conversation done with the guy who are staying in near the entry counter.

The item I was going to purchase I had it pulled up on my phone. I was standing over by where my item was. An associate in a black polo shirt asked if I needed help. I asked her a question and told her I wanted to buy a camera. Turns out she couldn’t even help me. She told me to ask someone in a blue shirt. I walk around and no one is available. I stand over by the checkout counter and 2 sales associates come over to check out the customers. I wait till they finish and while I was waiting I saw a guy in a blue shirt! Turns out he works in the warehouse😒 well the two associates finish and I told one of them I just wanted to purchase my item. They told me to stand over by the cameras and someone would help me. I stood over there for literally 10mins. I was not happy. An associate walking by asked if I needed help. Told him what I wanted AND HE DIDN’t HAVE A KEY. I would have left a long time ago but that was the only store that carried that certain camera.. please do better. There needs to be “help” buttons everywhere!
