My partner used to work at this Best Buy at Geek Squad. Throughout the years they worked hard to get their position, they used to enjoy working here back in the day, with everything going on now and with the current employees he worked with, it was mentally taxing on him. Their coworkers were absolute horrible people, treating them like an outsider, feeling left out, no one considered their feelings and yet have each other's backs but none for him.
After therapy, they now could not stand to take foot in this store without having a panic attack due to the trauma these employees caused them. I will never forgive them for treating my partner like garbage despite they put their back onto this company.
Next time before you decide to ostracize someone, please know what they're struggling with and think about being in their shoes. You don't know what they're going through, just... be considerate.

BB owes me $303.86 for a gift card I used and the refunded incorrectly and refuse to fix the issue. Don't bother buying stuff from best buy, just go directly to the company your shopping for or go to Micro Center.

Worst service ever I got they are allowing a person from third party but they are not taking care for a customers regarding that.. I ordered my phone through AT&T from Best Buy.. I payed all amount for my phone but the person who was from AT&T at Best Buy scammed me and I told to the manager they said they can’t do anything … if you guys can’t do anything why are you allowing them to sell a phone from Best Buy ?? I’ve asked for the receipt they said they can’t give they need a person from AT&T ….
