I thought my hard drive had crashed and when I took it in Marcus, the tech was able to restore everything as it was before, but a pleasant surprise. But it is a computer that is six years old so I’ll be buying a new one at Best Buy within the next 30 days. I highly recommend Geek Squad!

There was a really good deal on phones, so we couldn’t resist visiting Best Buy. The staff were very welcoming. They listened carefully to what we wanted and genuinely tried their best to help us.What impressed me the most was that they didn’t push unnecessary products or packages just for the sake of making more money. They focused on what the customer actually needed.The funny part was that we got completely stuck in the PlayStation section!it was also very hard to resist checking out the drones and cameras.I really enjoy browsing their household appliances too,such as blenders, coffee machines and ovens. We are still using the Bella air fryer we bought from them and it has been working well so far.
