If you purchase an Oura ring from the Oura website & schedule pickup at Best Buy-- be aware that you won't be able to do an even exchange if you need a different size. Unfortunately, I had a $100 credit from Oura that was not able to be reapplied to my new purchase and they would not honor an even exchange. Chatted with customer service & they were extremely unhelpful.

Went and told the associate the laptop we needed and when we got home and took the computer out of the box it wasn't correct and they also charged us way to much. Now we have to spend another 2 hrs to take it back and get the correct one while my wife is falling behind in class
