I visited Best Buy on July 2nd in Overland Park, Kansas, to buy a GoPro 13 black camera. Initially, I noticed three employees engaged in conversation and approached them for assistance. When I inquired about help, I was repeatedly asked what I needed. After explaining that I wanted to purchase the camera, an associate reluctantly retrieved the product for me. Despite having questions about the camera, I was dissatisfied with the service I received. As a long-time customer since 1991, I felt that the store no longer prioritizes customer care. I found the same product available on Amazon at an equal or lower price, which makes me question the value of returning to Best Buy in the future.
Poor sales we had ask for help

My son and I went there last Saturday for a promotional deal where a free Lego figure was scheduled to be handed out from 12-2 long story short no vendor showed and we waited over a hr and drove a hr , the manager working that morning was awesome and made things right , I will go out of my way to shop at that store from now on ! Thank you !
I ordered 2 TVs for Amazon prime, 40 inch smart tv with fire stick $99 each. I was able to pick them up a few hours later. The 2 people who assisted me were helpful and friendly. They loaded the TVs into my truck. Awesome.
