Did not have what was listed on the internet even though said in stock had to find something in the way of a washer as I have been without one can Best buy Topeka I need to pick up at the lower price level. Had to go 70 me to purchase.. there seems to be a logistics issue and stocking issue in the Topeka vicinityat Best buy. Disappointed. However however I was able to contact someone at the store in overland Park Kansas and she was extremely helpful in finding a stand-in even though it showed that there was one of the 349 ones in stock on the internet and I had to settle for the 39999 insignia I would like to commend her assistance in this purchase and those at the store pickup were very helpful as well

Purchased 2 pairs of headphones from this location. Within a month, both were not charging. The manager Abe refused to swap them out or even offer any kind of resolution. His favorite word is “can’t”. I will never shop here again. An awful customer service experience.
