Made two different trips to pick up an online order and they didn't have the correct item either time. They finally sold me an open box item. What should have been a 5 minute in-and-out of the store turned into over 30 minutes in-store, plus the two drives. The process was just disappointing.

This app said the store had the product I was looking for. When I arrived at the store it wasn’t in the area it was supposed to be. I had 2 different employees look for it. The last suggestion I got from the employee was order it online and let those guys find it. I went to Amazon and ordered it from them. Won’t be back if I can find it somewhere else.

Ordered a laptop on Monday and was offered free delivery for Tuesday. For reference this store is only 20 mins away from me and I choose delivery due to working overnight and the store is closed when I get off work at 6AM. A shopper was assigned at 11 AM by 3PM no delivery update was made after speaking with customer support they also had no idea when delivery would be made. By 4:43 I received a text that delivery was on the way and should arrive in 30 mins after 15 mins it switched to 8PM. By 7PM tracking stated the driver was 12 minutes away but when 12 minutes passed it somehow jumped to 20 minutes away. My advice is do self pick up or shop somewhere else
