The sales people were absolutely clueless on products and options. If I go back, I'll go to Metcalf and try an alternative person. Only the tech guys had knowledge about anything.

Do not go here unless you feel like being harassed. I went to purchase a simple adapter cord for my computer and during the time was in there, I was stopped by 12 employees wanting to know what I was looking for and one who indicated that I could not properly pick out my own cord. Next time, I will just order it off of Amazon.
We had a great experience at Best Buy!! We are relocating from Wichita, Kansas to Olathe Kansas, and therefore needed a whole house full of TV’s….we bought 3!!
Shack in the Tv/Elec area of the store was Very Knowledgable and helped steer us in all the right directions!! Thank you Best Buy & Shack
These people don't even have knowledge of the products they are selling/installing. I drove here from Sedalia, dropped my car off, and received a call 2 hours later saying they couldn't install the remote start, that I had called and asked questions to verify that the remote start was compatible with my vehicle. I was told yes, it was compatible, prior to purchase and scheduling the appointment. Very frustrating and a total waste of time and gas. I definitely don't recommend them for remote start installation. They then said they would refund my money, so I decided I wanted to buy a pair of Sonos surround speakers and a pair of stands. The refund took too long to return to the card and caused me to spend an additional $80, because the slow refund caused me to miss the sale price. Cutting up the card, paying the speakers off and never returning to Best Buy again.
