I wish there was zero stars. Young lady helped me in store and was very nice and very helpful . However, I’m sure it was an honest mistake but she promised me my tv would be delivered the next day. That was perfect, I took the day off, only to look back at emails the following day when I didn’t hear anything to find it was actually going to be the following day after that . When I call to give them an opportunity to make it right. No one can or will do anything. Absolutely atrocious and I understand why their stores are closing down now.
