Made a horrible decision to switch carriers here. The at&t employees will lie to your face and tell you anything to buy phones here. They promised my phone would be paid off on the backend for trading in my phone and now I'm stuck with the bill and got the run around about the instructions for how it worked. Now I'm trapped in a contract for 3 years. Never buy phones here they will scam you and leave with hundreds of dollars in extra bills with no help. Might as well avoid at&t as well while you are at it.

Cam, our Best Buy representative assisting us was superb. We were looking to purchase unlocked Samsung phones and he did an excellent job of explaining the various features of the phones and the differences between the phone. He also listened carefully to how we use our current smartphone to match which phone is best for us. He explained everything in simple words so we could understood the technical jargon. I highly recommend going to Best Buy to purchase an unlocked phone as their prices are less than any cellular service provider. Ask for Cam, he is the best!

Online order for curbside pickup, smooth seamless transaction

Went to have my Apple Watch battery replaced. They fail to tell you that they’re gonna send your watch off somewhere else to have battery replaced. When made the appointment through Apple for it to be done nothing was said about them not doing it in store. Drove about 60 miles out of my way to do this because they make it sound like they are doing it in the store. They need to be more up front on how they do business in their repair department.
