How do I check product availability at the Topeka Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Service for geek squad has been extremely poor. Was told my iPad would be a 3 day turn around and it’s 10 days, no update on the service order other than the day I dropped it off for repair. All covered under AppleCare+.
Called customer service for computers/iPads and spoke to a rep Luis. He was the most rudest person that I have ever had in the phone telling me I am wrong and I told him the site tells me the status. He couldn’t provide me a status. I requested his supervisor and he put me on hold for almost an hour! Poor service very disappointed!

I was greeted immediately and asked what I was looking for. I was directed to an area and told an associate would right with me. Indeed he was, took me right to the product I needed and I was in and out in under three minutes!!!!
