Employees were very friendly which is wonderful. But their website says that computer screen repair is $84.95 plus parts. I went ahead and added the fine print so everyone could see their are exceptions but not unless they find something later. But I brought my computer in to get repaired and the service tech said it was going to be $84.95 for a diagnostic and then they would call me for a quote on the work and parts. It's a cracked screen. It doesn't need a diagnostic test. I couldn't find the pictures I am posting while in the store but I asked about it and he said not that cost was for the diagnostic and the work would be quoted later. Very frustrated. Couldn't find the information on the app or phone web version. Had to do full version but I had already left the store. Would be one star but like I said employees were friendly and it's not their fault the store doesn't follow their website for price.
