store and employees are always good, but the AI phone bot you have to talk to when you call them is godawful. i tried a few times and it just "couldn't understand me" ( i was asking about a phone battery replacement) i give up. i hate automated voice bots instead of talking to real people with actually knowledgeable

Angela and Leah seem to hate there life and have no knowledge of services that best buy offers. If a company is going to offer a service you would think they would train there staff on how it works. There was one girls that was very nice and tried to help but the other 2 where terrible.
