Been trying to find a place to recycle 2 old TV's. On was a 19 inch and the other was a 24 inch tv. According to their web sight and the AI phone response, neither would cost me to leave them there. I took them over this morning and it cost me $60.00 dollars to leave them. I was told by an employee, it cost where ever I would take them. OK! #1 Why didn't the web sight say that and #2, the AI phone conversation. And that is another thing. Businesses are going to AI phone systems instead of having people to answer the phones. Service is going out the window. If I would have been able to talk to a real person, MAYBE that person would have explained it to me over the phone. No SERVICE!! Will not ever go back to Best Buy for anything.

Helpfully. Good place to get sports and TCG cards.
If you buy a refrigerator from Best Buy, beware. Noticed the refrigerator wasn’t Cooling very good a couple weeks after I bought it they’re enough it was above 45° It was still under warranty. Geek squad came by to repair. It ended up not having the parts. Next appointment said they still didn’t have the parts and I would have to wait three weeks To see if I could do an exchange. Worst customer service ever will never buy another refrigerator from Best Buy again
