Sadly, I am not even able to give Best Buy a NEGATIVE 10 due to piss poor customer service. I made a purchase at Best Buy and have had nothing but problems trying to reach anybody that speaks or understands the ENGLISH language. I have reached people in other countries all over the world and the same goes with their online chat. When I have tried to get a replacement part, all they want to do is sell me another new item. If I wanted to buy another new item, I would do that. When I do, it will not be from BEST BUY. Per the folks who answer the phones now, the stores do NOT accept any calls from customers. GOOD WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. I would not recommend this store to anybody due to the lack of customer service from their call center when you call and press the option to speak to the store and get some other place in TIMBUKTU. Their call center staff and online chat folks are even worse. They do not seem to care about the customers. SHAME ON BEST BUY!

Jumped online, used chat, ordered and paid for in 10 minutes. Ran out to pick up sent bar code on phone, right inside door it was ready to go. Staff quick and friendly.

Service for geek squad has been extremely poor. Was told my iPad would be a 3 day turn around and it’s 10 days, no update on the service order other than the day I dropped it off for repair. All covered under AppleCare+. Called customer service for computers/iPads and spoke to a rep Luis. He was the most rudest person that I have ever had in the phone telling me I am wrong and I told him the site tells me the status. He couldn’t provide me a status. I requested his supervisor and he put me on hold for almost an hour! Poor service very disappointed!
