It's just what you expect from a Best Buy. They greet you, for the most part, ask if you need help about 5 times, prices seem a little steep, and a small clearance or refurbished area. Didn't hate the experience, but wasn't blown away.
Purchased a major appliance from the Topeka location. Was lied to by the salesman about the delivery timeframe. Was given a four (4) hour window of when to expect delivery. Waited 3.75 hours before calling and getting someone in Asia who transferred me to someone in Guatemala and was then told that the delivery needs rescheduled. I have no idea why nor do I have my range. However, they have over $ 4,000 of our money. Don’t order from this store. They do not accept phone calls and you cannot speak to anyone at the store on the phone. I just learned that my order was not picked up for delivery because it was not there when they picked up items for delivery today. They did not have the courtesy to let me know that. They phoned yesterday to schedule today’s delivery! I had to wait all morning and then call to get that bit of news! I will not get my stove for another week! Not happy about this.
